The standard swim course consists of 2 laps of approx 375Mtrs. With an Australian exit at the end of the first lap.
The athletes then transition within the Rowing Club grounds before exiting along the riverside path for a two lap run totalling 5km round the Chester Meadows finishing back within the rowing club complex.
A shorter option is also available as a single lap 375mtr swim and one lap run of 2.5km.
