The swim course consists of 2 laps of approx 375Mtrs. with an Australian exit at the end of the first lap to make things a little more interesting.
The athletes then transition within the Club grounds before exiting along the riverside path for a two lap run totalling 5km round the meadows finishing back within the rowing club complex.
