Arlanda Aquathlon 2019

SwimRun has flourished in Sweden in recent years, both as sports and competitive sports. Therefore, Arlanda Aquathlon has both exercise and competition class, which you will find in the tab track. Lake Mälaren with its islands and beach areas has proven to be the perfect setting for this sanctioned event around Sigtuna and Kungsängen!

RACETRACK

Racing Track Part 1:

1st run	1.6 km	Most gravel road
1.a sim	1.7 km	Over the cormorant to Kungsängen
2nd run	4.8 km	unpaved terrain and dirt road
2nd sim	225 m	Negelstenaviken
3rd run	4.9 km	gravelled
3rd sim	350 m	Vallbyvik Sigtuna

Race track part 2 and gym:

1st run	2.0 km	through Sigtuna, asphalt
1.a sim	530 m	over the Sigtunaviken
2nd run	800 m	back up, back down. Asphalt
2nd sim	330 m	short sim with obscured point.
3rd run	2.5 km	Paths and dirt road.
3rd sim	460 m	over Flottviken, rep at the rise.
4th run	2.0 km	Ladder field and dirt road.
4th sim	630 m	Over Steningeviken
5th run	5 km	Small dirt roads, a little path.
5th sim	250 m	short sim with obscured point
6th run	270 m	Castle park and finish.
