10 mile running event – 8th February 2026
Get ready to go a little further in the next edition of Cattle Creep… A Little Further, a unique and scenic 10-mile running event set in the beautiful parklands of North Milton Keynes.
This extended version of the original Cattle Creep 10K challenges runners with a stunning riverside route and features the iconic Cattle Creep tunnel – a low, narrow passage under the Grand Union Canal that adds a fun and quirky twist to the course. Whether you’re building distance, chasing a new personal best, or simply running for the joy of it, this event promises a memorable experience.
Perfect for runners of all abilities, the Cattle Creep 10-Miler is also dog-friendly, so your four-legged running buddy can join in the fun too!
What makes this 10-Miler race special?

Scenic Parkland Trails – Take in the peaceful, green landscapes of Milton Keynes’ linear parks as you run along winding riverside paths and woodland tracks.

The Famous Cattle Creep Tunnel – Run through the event’s namesake – a dark, narrow, and slightly quirky tunnel that adds a distinctive twist to the course.

Dog-Friendly – Want to bring your dog along? They’re welcome too – just make sure they’re on a lead and start at the back for safety.

Event Information
Race packs will need to be collected on the day from the registration tent at the venue. Registration will be open from 8am.
The race will start at 9am and has a cut-off of 3.5hrs (12:30).
About a week before the event an Athlete Guide will be emailed to you with all the event info you will need. It will also contain a written race briefing.
Any last-minute briefings will be given to you on the day.
