The Chepstow Steeplechase is a super fun day out, all about climbs, crawls, water and mud! These events are for everyone. You don’t need to be fit to take part. You just need to be hungry for a laugh and fun times. There is a mix of obstacles to climb over, tunnels to crawl through, water to dip into and run through and mud pits to wade through. As this event is for all runners, there are no obstacles that require upper body strength, no monkey bars or rings, but if you are fortunate enough to have strong arms, you can still put them to good use on the climbs. For the mini steeplechase, we have mini obstacles incorporating all the elements of the adult run.
The 3km Mini starts from 10:00. The 5km and 10km races start from 11:00.
