Commando Obstacle Festival

Hever Castle Commando Race is the only event that can recreate the mud, sweat and pain of modern-day Royal Marines Commando training. Have you got what it takes? Test yourself across a 3k, 6k or 12k course, taking on some of the toughest obstacles straight out of the Commando test book.
VENUE
Hever Castle Commando Race. Be transported into the military world from the moment you step into our Commando base camp, complete with Field Kitchen.
Fortified with crenellations, a moat, and portcullis, this 400-year-old defensive structure and British icon creates the perfect backdrop for Commando.
Hever Castle represents challenges, heritage, success, and military excellence.

RACES
Hever Castle Commando Race is the only event that can recreate the mud, sweat and pain of modern-day Royal Marines Commando training. Choose between our mini Commando, 3K, 6K or 12K for a day that tests your courage, determination and unity. All finishers receive a medal to prove that they’ve conquered the course like a true Commando. Photographers will be positioned around the course, at the finish line and in the event village to capture you in action.
OBSTACLES
Think mud runs, epic cargo climbs, tunnels and tubes, stretcher manoeuvres and river crosses, slippery slopes and dramatic drops, planks and pools.
