The course starts at Adamstown on the crn of Park Avenue and Bailey St. Runners will follow the track for all of the course, except for an out and back section at Cowlishaw St in Redhead. The run course is only 3-4 wide in most sections and we ask runners to respect the space of other runners and give way to passing runners. The course rises slightly for 5km and then descends for 10km.
