Rules & Regulations
Requirements for participation
Open to all those who have completed 18 ° year of age by 15.10.2017 .
Athletes of Italian nationality will have to demonstrate, at the time of registration, that they are regularly CSI, FIDAL, RUNCARD, UISP or other EPS or they will have to apply for SS membership, FREE SPORT, CSI, Italian Sports Center through the organizing company, Valid for the sole duration of the event.
Italian athletes and athletes of foreign nationality who are not registered for a company affiliated to National Federations or EPSs or who are not members of a foreign athletic federation affiliated to IAAF must be obliged to attach a medical certificate for the practice of ‘ Athletic sporting activity for Light Athletics .
For the same Italian and foreign athletes or in any case, those who did not have a membership card can obtain the CSI “FS Free Sport” card valid for the duration of the event at the cost of € 2 (two), payable directly to the pettorale retirement at The Gare Secretariat within the Garda Supersport Village, set up at the Colonia Pavese Park in Torbole sul Garda.
The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the procedures and the amounts relating to the daily card for non-members, based on CSI communications.
Non-resident and non-registered athletes in Italy will have to submit a medical certificate upon enrollmentIssued in their own country, but in accordance with the diagnostic examinations provided by Italian law in order to be able to perform competitive athletic competitions.
The athlete will have to present his identity card at the time of the withdrawal of the race pettorale.
Closing entries
The entries will be closed on Saturday October 14, 2017 at 18.00.
The entry fee includes:
race pettorale;
Insurance and medical assistance;
Rides along the route;
Transporting garments from departure to arrival area (with a special bag supplied by the organization);
Transport after the race by boat from Torbole sul Garda, towards Malcesine thanks to the identification bracelet;
Race pack,
event vest;
Card or bracelet for all competitors for the free use of the Navigarda service on 14-15 October 2017 ;
Participation medal.
