Minsk Triathlon

Description

At 1/2 and 1/8 distances there is a relay format (swimmer + cyclist + runner), as well as 200 slots for the TriKids children’s race (5-10 years, with medals).

The track will run, as in 2019, from the Minsk Sea to the Sports Palace, while we will lengthen the circles by about 50% to minimize their number and density of participants.

To participate in 1/2 Ironman only road and TT bicycles are allowed, at other distances participation on MTB is also possible.

In 2020, we plan to get even closer to Ironman standards and introduce “chips” from their European starts.
A few days of a large EXPO with lectures, modernized points of nutrition and “pouring”, bracelets for beginners halves and much more.
Naturally, finisher t-shirts / medals, swimming caps, an improved starting backpack and good gifts from partners at the registration and after the finish.

Our task is to make the triathlon of Belarus a truly massive sport, so that tens of thousands of people in our country love it the way we love 🙂
And the Minsk Triathlon 2020 is another step towards this big goal.
