The Balmy Bicton 10km

The beautiful location of Millwater School, found on the grounds of Bicton college, will be the host for The Balmy Bicton 10km 2023. Going into its third year, this challenging multi-terrain course takes you through the undulating lanes surrounding the college grounds. Runners of all levels can take part in this unique race covering tarmac, unmetalled roads and even a ford if we’ve had enough rain!

The grounds of Millwater School lend themselves wonderfully to staging this race, with plenty of parking, green spaces and plenty of areas for spectators to cheer you on, creating a fantastic atmosphere.

The 10km race day logistics and timings:
- 0730 Race number collection opens for pre-registered entrants
- 0800 Baggage drop opens (please note this is unsecured and any belongings left at own risk).
- 0845 Registration closes
- 0850 Race brief
- 0900 The Balmy 10km starts
