What to wear:
You should be wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty and a pair of training gloves to protect your hands from the terrain and obstacles. You should also be wearing a pair of trail running shoes to protect yourself from slipping and sliding. If you do not have training gloves, some will be available for purchase at the Registration on race day for 100 Baht.
