Established in 1978, the Spring Run-Off is Toronto’s oldest, continuously-held road race. Traditionally the first big running event of the season in the GTA, the Spring Run-Off is the yearly kick-off event of the Canada Running Series.
The family-friendly event features strong traditions – a bagpiper leading runners to start line, maple syrup prizing & a pancake breakfast.
The race features an infamously challenging course through High Park including the Kill The Hill Challenge, a consistently strong elite presence, beautiful medals, souvenir race shirts, cheering stations, live entertainment, and the opportunity to support any area of cancer research at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre – one of the top 5 cancer research centres in the world!
