– Time Limit: 6 hours
Registration fees increase based on the number of subscribers following the following scheme:
up to 500 -> € 25,00
from 501 to 1.000 -> € 30,00
from 1.001 to 1.500 -> € 35,00
from 1.501 to 2.000 -> € 40,00
from 2.001 to 2.750 -> € 45,00
from 2.751 to 4.000 -> € 50,00
Payment can be made by bank transfer and PayPal card. Online registration closes Thursday, November 16th.

ATHLETES RESIDENT IN ITALY
Agree to FIDAL rules for events organization, can participate to the race athletes residing in Italy who are at least 20 years old on the date of the event, in possession of one of the following requirements:
– Athletes members of Associations affiliated to FIDAL for 2017.
– Athletes in possession of a valid Runcard and medical certificate for competitive practice for athletics.
– Athletes member of Sports Promotion Associations, in possession of a valid Runcard EPS.
ATHLETES NOT RESIDENT IN ITALY
Can participate athletes who have reached 20 years old on the date of the event, in the possession of one of the following requirements:
Athletes with a club card affiliated to Foreign Athletics Federations recognized by IAAF.
Athletes in possession of a valid Runcard (valid as sports insurance, and allowed to compete); The card is on-line subscribed by FIDAL web site http://www.fidal.it or by http://www.runcard.com ; in this case it must be together with the medical certificate issued in your home country for the practice of the sport activity, the certificate must include the following mandatory exams in Italy: ECG at rest, ECG at rest and after effort, spirometry.

BIB NUMBER PICK UP
Bibs will be delivered upon presentation of the confirmation letter sended by email or downloadable from the website veronamarathoneventi.com five days before the race.
The bib number can be picked up at the MARATHON EXPO on:
Friday, November 17th 2017 from 3.00 PM at 8.00 PM;
Saturday, November 18th 2017 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM;
Sunday, November 19th 2017 from 7.00AM to 8.00AM.
NO PARTICIPATION AND FEE REFUND
In case of failure to participate in the race, registration fees are non-refundable. However, the athlete who is unable to participate in the race will have two alternatives:
To transfer the registration to Veronamarathon 2018, after the payment of a supplement of € 10,00 for secretary rights and a written communication before November 10th 2017.
To transfer the registration to another person for Veronamarathon of 2017, after the payment of a supplement of € 10,00 for secretary rights and written notice before November 5th 2017. The new runner must provide all personal information as if it were a new registration. It will be assigned a new available bib number.
The time limit to finish the race is set at 6 hours. Athletes who run more slowly than 8’30” at km will be required to observe the road rules.
TIMING AND CHIPS
The timing service will be made by TDS – Time Data Service using active microchip that allows you to record the real time achieved. The chip is personal and cannot be entrusted to another athlete. We will record intermediate times of each athlete in more route points to guarantee correct classification. The chip will be positioned at the back of the bib number and should not be removed for any reason; it risks to be excluded from the classification. The chip must be returned after the race. Failure to return will result in the charge of EURO 25.00.
As IAAF / FIDAL rules in the pathway will be refreshment points with water, tea, energy drinks every 5 kilometers, starting from km 5. Solid foods and fruits will be present from 15 km.
On the path there will be sponging points at Km 7.5, Km12.5, Km17.5, 22.5 Km, 27.5 Km, 32.5 Km, 37.5 Km.
GUARDROBE SERVICE – BAGS TRANSPORT
Competitors can deliver their belongings before 8:20 AM in special trucks. Only bags provided by the organization will be accepted. The organization declines any responsibility for any loss of valuables.
Toilets will be available at the start / finish area, at the dressing room service and at refreshment points.
Along the pathway, every 5 km next to refreshment points, will be located stations with ambulances with specialized staff for first aid. Doctors in motorcycles will assist the athletes along the way.
For athletes who will need to retire there will be scheduled “broom” buses which will accompany the athletes in trouble until the arrival area.
CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
The diplomas will be downloadable from the TDS website from the day November 20th 2017.
