2023 Welshpool 10k Run
Perfect for all 10K runners, from nervous first-timers through to experienced runners. An undulating and challenging one-lap race that starts and finishes in the Town Centre on fully closed roads. The Route is a very fast start and finish and takes in the breathtaking Powis Castle. Once you have completed the run, you will receive your own finisher’s medal!
The Race Start / Finish will be full of music and flags. There will be a help desk at Race HQ for any last-minute issues. The race village is just a short walk from the local park, car parks, retail shops, cafes and eateries.

- The event HQ & start/finish are a short walk from several car parks in the town centre.
- Arrive in Welshpool: 8 am
- Warm Up: 8:40 am
- Race Start: 9 am
We are keen to ensure that everyone, regardless of their ability, enjoys the day. Our generous race cut-off time will allow everyone to get back into High Street before we open the public roads. And at the finish line, we will give out water and a unique medal.
