Windsor and Eton Autumn Classic Duathlon 2021

Take part in one of these fantastic events at one of the most iconic Olympic venues. Great for athletes of all abilities, the flat courses offer superb views of the rowing lakes. Come for the physical challenge or the unique medals at the Windsor and Eton Autumn Classic Duathlon.

First Run Course
The run will start next to the Main Registration Marquee and will be an out and back course measuring 2.5km.
The Super Sprint Duathlon run will be one out and back lap, the Sprint Duathlon run will be two out and back laps, and the Standard Duathlon run will be four out and back laps.
Once completed, competitors will proceed into the RUN IN entrance of the transition area.
The course consists of approx. 5km laps up and down the side of the famous lake.
Super Sprint Duathlon will complete two laps, the Sprint Duathlon will complete four laps, and the Standard Duathlon will complete eight laps.
Please note that it is the competitor’s responsibility to count the number of laps they have ridden.
Final Run Course
The final run course is once again an out and back loop equal to 2.5km.
The Super Sprint distance will be one lap, and the Sprint & the Standard distances will be two laps.
Lake Runs – 5k, 10k, 15k, and Half Marathon
The 5km, 10km and 15km courses are laps around the famous rowing lake.
The course is fast and flat and takes place on tarmac paths and closed roads.
This is a perfect course for first-time runners or those looking to get a PB.

How to get there
Address: Eton College Rowing Centre, off Court Lane, Dorney, Windsor, SL4 6FJ
Parking: There will be ample car parking at the event
Car: Dorney Lake is ideally placed, being within easy reach of London, Heathrow Airport, the M4 corridor and the M25, M40, and M3 motorways.
Train: The main stations for Dorney Lake are Slough and Windsor and Eton Riverside.

Participants will start individually at 10-15 second intervals to maintain social distancing with a recommended 15-30 minute arrival window allocated and communicated before the event.
Spectators will not be permitted at this event to help keep participants and staff as safe as possible.
