WREXHAM 10K RUN

The Wrexham 10k brings together an active community of people taking part in sporting events for reasons ranging from fitness, competition, charity, health, fun, or to finish. The participants vary in all ages and abilities.
- RACE HQ START / FINISH- This will be on Queen Street in the centre of Wrexham
- RACE DAY SCHEDULE- (Sunday 21st April 2024) Arrive in Wrexham: 8 am/ Warm Up/ Race Start: 9 am
- PARKING- This will be a 5-minute walk from the start/finish area. The town centre has multiple car parks for runners and spectators to use.
The race offers a lovely route for all runners. It takes in the centre of Wrexham at the start and finishes with a nice countryside section in the middle of the course.
Once you complete the run, you will receive your finisher’s medal and goodies!
- Minimum Ages
Min age 15 years old
- Race Start / Finish
The Race start and finish will be a short walk to multiple car park parking, allowing you to leave your valuables in your car. We will have music playing and a help desk for any last-minute questions.
- Race Experience
We are keen to ensure that everyone, regardless of their ability, enjoys the day. We aim to have one water station around halfway around the 10k route and by the start and finish area for all runners. Please can we encourage you to bring a suitable bottle to run with. At the finish line, we will give you your medal and let you enjoy the atmosphere.
- Wrexham 10k Route
The route offers a great blend of fast sections and some small inclines. We have a little bit of everything, including Wrexham centre roads and countryside lanes with lovely views.
- Prizes
Awards for top 3 female and top 3 male and seven age group awards for male and female.
