DESCRIPTION:EXPO 10K/5K is more than a race: It is Knoxville’s oldest and most beloved community running event. 2020 will mark the 43rd running of this annual event. The expo is truly a tradition. It is the only race that celebrates the family by having mother/son\, mother/daughter\, father/son\, father/daughter\, wife/husband\, and three generations categories. 10K/5K starts at 8:00\, kid’s mile starts at 7:30. \nPacket Pick up Information: Friday\, May 22nd 11-2\, Runner’s Market \nTeam Competition: Only the 10K is on Grand Prix Team Competition schedule. Please visit http://www.ktc.org for details. Teams of 4 or more may enter either event but must pre-register online. Team members receive a $5 discount. \nGrand Prix Points: 2020 Grand Prix Presented by Threds Points awarded. (minimum age limits : 18 to enter the marathon\, 17 to enter the half marathon\, 16 to enter the 10k)\nYou can also run with your dog\, but please see our canicross specific rules before entry. \n\n\n​ \n\n\nHow Long? – Cut offs are 8 hours for the marathon and 4.5 hours for the half (no cut-off for 10k)  \n\n\n​ \n\n\nWhat’s included? – Unique medals for all finishers\, fully signed and supported route\, route maps\, Event Medics\, sweeper runners\, bespoke Trophies for first 3 males and first 3 females in each race\, car parking\, post race refreshment\, male and female changing areas\, option to purchase event t-shirts. DESCRIPTION:The Paluma Dam Trail Run on Sunday\, 28 October 2018 starts and finishes at the village green in the Paluma township\, north west of Townsville\, Queensland. \nThere is an array of trails around the village crossing creek\, passing waterfalls and lookouts. Paluma is cooler than the coastal region and it makes for great trail running in October. \nThere is a 6km short course\, 10km intermediate course\, and 20km long course. Trail running comes with some risk\, running in the rain forest and on remote takes a certain skill and fitness level. Please make sure you are up to the distance you wish to run.

A perfect way to be part of a live event (without any mass gathering!) \nBelow is a brief on how it works but sign up to our Richmond Upon Thames challenge. You choose what time you fancy starting your run (start can be any time between 8am and 10am) You decide which CheckPoint you want to start from! There typically is parking at each location. DESCRIPTION:Earn your Christmas dinner in the awe-inspiring surroundings of London 2012’s Olympic Park. Ideal for beginners and experienced runners alike\, the route takes you right around the key landmarks of the 2012 Games. Come to feel like a champion athlete or for the unique finisher’s medal. \nThis Christmas themed 5k and 10k will show London 2012 Olympic Park in all its glory. Participants will run right around the immense Olympic Stadium where GB’s Greg Rutherford won gold in the long jump on Super Saturday. Participants will also pass the unique and impressive ArcelorMittal Orbit Tower designed by Anish Kapoor and Cecil Balmond for the Games. \nGet a chance to see these iconic landmarks more than was as the course is a loop with 5km athletes completing it twice and 10km runners doing it four times. \nCourse marshals will be on-site to direct you throughout the duration of the race.
