DESCRIPTION:Ekiden (駅伝) is a long-distance running multi-stage relay race\, which has been widely received among runners in Singapore. This year\, Mizuno is pleased to extend this piece of culture by introducing the first Ekiden online race. \nThe Mizuno Ekiden Singapore Online Race is a friendly running competition similar like previous editions of the Mizuno Ekiden that promotes the Japanese values of perseverance\, resilience and teamwork. For the first time\, people of any running ability in Singapore can form a running team of 4 with their friends or randomly with people in different communities to compete for top honours. \n  \n\n  \nEach team runner can choose to run anywhere on any terrain\, a different or same distance each\, take turns or run together to complete the 42.195km marathon distance. \nThe Mizuno Ekiden Singapore Online Race brings identity within a team and bring out camaraderie and cooperation of each member towards a common goal. The race is only available to participants with a Singapore shipping address. \nWhether you are running with friends or hope to find your sole mates in this online race\, you will realised great things can be achieved together. \n \n\n1. How does this work?\nLog in to your Spacebib account. Head over to “My Participation” tab\, click on it and you will see your registered event. If you are not registered. Register on the event page. Click on the manage button and you will see an “Add Result” button\, click on it and follow the instruction to upload your screenshot of your run. Once you have completed the race\, a message will be shown. \n2. Can I run on a treadmill or indoors?\nYes. Please provide your distance and timing of your activity by taking a photo of the display screen of your treadmill. \n3. Which Running app/Fitness tracker or wearable can I use?\nAny running apps\, running gadgets\, smartwatches and indoor treadmills can be used if the screenshot of your result can capture the date\, distance and timing of your activity. E.g: Nike+ Run Club\, Strava\, Garmin Connect\, MapMyRun\, Runkeeper\, Endomondo\, Runtastic and others. \n4. Can I walk/hike or climb the stairs?\nYes\, any walking/running/hiking activitie is eligible (that includes climbing stairs). DESCRIPTION:EXPO 10K/5K is more than a race: It is Knoxville’s oldest and most beloved community running event. 2020 will mark the 43rd running of this annual event. The expo is truly a tradition. It is the only race that celebrates the family by having mother/son\, mother/daughter\, father/son\, father/daughter\, wife/husband\, and three generations categories. 10K/5K starts at 8:00\, kid’s mile starts at 7:30. \nPacket Pick up Information: Friday\, May 22nd 11-2\, Runner’s Market \nTeam Competition: Only the 10K is on Grand Prix Team Competition schedule. Please visit http://www.ktc.org for details. Teams of 4 or more may enter either event but must pre-register online. Team members receive a $5 discount. \nGrand Prix Points: 2020 Grand Prix Presented by Threds Points awarded. Remember\, to be eligible for the KTC Grand Prix Presented by Threds awards\, you must be a member of the KTC and you must volunteer for at least 3 events. \nPost Race: Light refreshments will be provided. \nRace Etiquette: Due to insurance regulations\, roller blades\, strollers\, bicycles\, and dogs are not allowed on the course.
