DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the 5th year of the Hertfordshire Triathlon!\n\n\n\n\n  \nBack for its fifth year! This event will feature sprint and standard distances. The standard distance triathlon includes the Herts Club Championships. \nThe Hertfordshire Triathlon has seen some famous faces over the years. Mark Buckingham\, ex-pro GB triathlete has raced\, along with Lucy Charles and Reece Barclay\, pro Ironman triathlete who won both the spring and summer 2016 Herts Club Championship races. \nLucy and Reece have since been back to announce the winners of the race\, so if you fancy seeing some celebrity faces\, come down to Stanborough Lakes this spring and summer. \n  \nSprint: 750m swim | 20Km bike | 5Km run \nStandard: 1500m swim | 38Km bike | 10Km run \nThis year’s spring triathlon will follow the same format as it always has done. SUMMARY:IRONMAN BRAZIL
DESCRIPTION:Discover the charm and tropical beauty of Florianopolis while racing to the finish. \nIRONMAN Brazil offers a fast and scenic course\, which have been attracting athletes from all over the world for over 17 years. On May 28\, 2017 Tim Don posted the incredible 7:40:23 finishing time and broke the World record. Many athletes did also break their personal records turning the race into one of the fastest in the world. \nCalled “the place to be” and “a mixture of St. Tropez and Ibiza without the attitude” by the New York Times\, Florianopolis\, Brazil on the Island of Santa Catarina boasts world-class entertainment\, beaches and restaurants. The sun-soaked stretches of coastline in “Floripa\,” as locals affectionately call it\, make up forty-two beaches in total. Athletes lining up for the event will find themselves in a sanctuary for sports\, natural life and tourism from around the globe. \nThe 2.4-mile mass swim start is located at Jurere Internacional Beach – in front of La Serena Restaurant. SUMMARY:EpicMan Windermere Triathlons
DESCRIPTION:EpicMan is the ultimate middle distance (half Iron) triathlon\, based at YMCA Lakeside\, on the shore of Lake Windermere. The 1.9km Swim takes place in the clear waters of Lake Windermere and is a single lap course. The 90km cycle takes place on undulating roads around the South Lakes and the half marathon follows the Windermere YMCA trails for a scenic Lakeside course. \nIf you’re not up for the middle distance\, we also have a standard distance course (1500m / 40k / 10k) on the same day.
