All routes start & finish at The Oval Cricket Ground\, and take in highlights of the Thames\, its historic bridges\, and many of the Capital’s landmarks. Sign up as a team\, or as an individual\, and families are welcome. There are rest stops with snacks\, a special medal\, and hot food at the finish! \n\n\nYour Walk\, Your Way!\n\n\n\n\nWhether it’s to enjoy an active day out with friends & family\, or to maintain a New Year fitness regime – there’s a London Winter Walk for you! Join as an individual or as a team\, and do it for yourself & self-fund\, OR support one of our Charity Partners with much-needed fundraising. \n\n\n\n\nThis event is walking only! \n\n\nRoute Options\n\n\n\n\nThere are 4 options for the London Winter Walk – Full Marathon\, Half Marathon\, 10km & the NEW Family Fun 5k. All start & finish at The Oval Cricket Ground near Vauxhall and are available on Saturday 24 or Sunday 25 January 2026. The route heads east along the Thames with a Rest Stop in Surrey Quays for a welcome hot drink & snacks. Then it’s back along the north bank of the Thames for lunch at the Oval. Join us at this amazing event to help raise funds to support the work they do to support people of Teesside. \nTake on the trails on the Official Samaritans Way created by Teesside Samaritans many years ago. Run or walk\, alone or in a relay there are different options and different distances to get your shoes muddy. \n  \nProfits from this event will be donated to the Teesside Samaritans branch directly. \nIt starts with you. With your support\, Samaritans can answer more calls for help from people who are ready to break their silence.
