SUMMARY:Malatra Endurance Run 2019
DESCRIPTION:This event is a road running endurance event for runners\, set in a beautiful and expansive park with themed gardens & sweeping views in the heart of Putrajaya. The main objective is to promote Saujana Hijau Putrajaya Park to the masses\, especially to the local running communities and overseas runners coming to Malaysia as their running and vacation destination. This race is open to all genders and nationalities. \nFurthermore\, this race is to create awareness towards appreciating nature and promote to activities to save our nature. It’s a 2.8 km loop route inside the park with a Cut Off time of 24 hours\, 12 hours and 6 hours. Runners with the most distance covered within 24 hours/12 hours/6 hours will be declared as winners. \nIn addition\, Team Relay category with COT 12 hours is the highlight of this event. Team with the most distance covered within 12 hours will be declared as winners\, it’s a mandatory to have at least one female runner in the Relay Team. Its picturesque setting in Cambridgeshire inspires first timers as well as those that have raced for national titles and Great Britain Age-Group qualification slots over the years. \nThis is a race for everyone and suited to all abilities\, whether you’re at the front\, middle or the back of the field we enjoy offering the big-race feel at this amazing venue. Whether you’re doing the sprint or the Standard distance\, you’ll race along the tracks around the lake and woodland and enjoy one of the most picturesque settings for a duathlon that you are ever likely to race on. Both run sections take place on hard compound tracks and feature steady climbs at the outset\, which obviously means you’ll be running downhill to the first transition and the finishing line. The bike course is along some of the smoothest roads. The long stretches  will let you test your speed and the hill climbing will allow you to test your strength. We can predict about the Anglian Water Duathlon is a competitive and highly professional event at a stunning venue. SUMMARY:Triathlon Camp Südafrika
DESCRIPTION:Combine training and adventure holiday at TriCamp South Africa. The camp is aimed at any ability type whether you are an amateur athlete\, ambitious recreational athletes or experts alike. \nThe training grounds which is around Stellenbosch Sports University is a ideal training place for triathletes. It has an Olympic 50m outdoor pool\, a 400m running track and a functional gym. \nThe TriCamp South Africa experience includes 13 nights in an apartment with a small kitchen equipped  to prepare breakfast. In the evening\, participants will be taken to restaurants around Stellenbosch to explore the local cuisine. \n \nThe training is divided into three training blocks. In addition to guided bike rides in small groups (maximum 6 participants per guide)\, there are swim training with individual tips for improving the personal crawler technique and running technique units. The sports program is rounded off by sports-specific athletic units (strength\, stretching\, fascia training). There will be 2 lectures on nutrition and training topics. Conversations in the restaurant and at the bar provides ample opportunities to exchange ideas with other participants and trainers about triathlon. \nApart from the training above\, you can choose to follow various program during breaks and or after the training. Among them are Cape Town by day and by night\, a hike to Table Mountain\, a trip to a game reserve\, a wine tasting on the wine farms around Stellenbosch or a tour to the Cape of Good Hope are just some of the tourist highlights that Cape Town has to offer. Walking along the skull beach illuminated by the moonlight and the stars. Followed by a hill climb at Buena Vista to enjoy its landscapes 360 degrees. However\, always take note of keeping at the left side and disposed their garbage properly. \n• Runners who feel ill or any kind of discomfort are advised to stop and get medical assistance immediately. \n• Runners are not allowed anywhere near the support vehicle. Runners are not allowed to go inside or ride their support vehicle. \n• Runners are not allowed to have escorts when approaching the finish line \n• The Race Organizers may change\, without prior notice to the runners\, any of the rules and regulations necessary to ensure success of the race. \n• The Race Organizer reserves the right to reject any entrant or disqualify any participant who is suspected to be under influence of alcohol or having taken banned substances and any participant who is found to have misrepresented himself/herself. Pacers are allowed from 99km station onwards. \n2. Only one pacer can pace the runner at any given time. However\, the runner can switch pacers at any given time. Support vehicle is not allowed to shadow the runner. It should leap frog the runner at all times by at least 3K. Support vehicles must move at the speed of traffic and not at the runner’s speed to lend whatever assistance to the runner. \n3. Support vehicle should always be at the right side of the road and should always park on the farthest right side of the road so as not to obstruct the traffic. As much as possible\, parking must be done off the road. \n4. Support vehicle is not allowed to stop on the left side of the road. It not allowed making a U-turn and park on the left side of the road. Support crews should cross the road to go near the runner\, and give aid. All assistance by the support crew must be done by pedestrian crew members\, and they must cross the road to give aid to the runners. Handing of supplies from the support vehicle is not allowed. \n5. Runners are allowed to share support vehicles. Support vehicles are encouraged to give aid even to other runners. \n6. DESCRIPTION:The Revenant is an individual or two person team Ultra Adventure Run. More than 190km & 16\,000m-ish of vertical ascent\, if you navigate it perfectly. The race is at Welcome Rock on Blackmore Station\, straddling the border of Southland and Central Otago. It’s an area rich in the history of the Otago Gold Rush. \nThe course covers a huge variety of terrain from alpine tussock land to Fiordland-like Beech forest. You’ll be hot\, you’ll be cold\, you’ll get wet and have little time to sleep. It could even snow. You may not finish. Miners bashed their way across this unforgiving wilderness in search of gold. Only a very few got rich. Most didn’t. Many never came back. Participants will race across the same unforgiving terrain\, probably with the same chance of success. \n\n\nEntries open 01/5/19 and close 30/9/19 or earlier if the strictly limited number of entries is reached. \nA true challenge is when failure is the most likely outcome.\n\n\n\n\nENTER

DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the 2nd Smiling Villages Marathon. Welcome to the Gambia. It is one of two charity marathons in Gambia in 2020. The Smiling Villages Marathon will be run in the area of Bwiam and Kanilai on the south bank of the Gambia river. \nDuring the first edition in February 2019 we could not reach Kanilai by car. The village people stopped us two kilometers earlier. We had to dance with them into the village. The most beautiful welcome ceremony I have ever experienced on one of my 300 marathons: Dancing with the people of the Smiling Villages. \nCharity-Background: In Gambia we have familiar contacts with the Gambian soccer federation and shipped already a lot of equipment to build up a computer class using special educational software. DESCRIPTION:IRONMAN 70.3 South Africa will be taking place in the beautiful Buffalo City. The city known as East London is a gateway to the popular Eastern Cape tourist routes\, the Sunshine Coast and Wild Coast.  As one of the longest running middle distance races in the country\, the IRONMAN 70.3 South Africa is the official African TriClub Championship and a “badge of honour” race for any true IRONMAN 70.3 athlete. \nThis race offers 65 qualifying slots for the 2020 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Taupō\, New Zealand\, comprising of 40 age group slots plus 25 qualifying slots for the Women for Tri initiative. \n \nThe one-loop 1.9 km (1.2 mile) swim course will begin with an ocean swim in East London’s Orient Beach. Protected by the breakwaters of East London’s harbor\, athletes can expect generally calm and warm waters. The one-loop 90 km (56 mile) bike course with rolling hills will be a challenge. Road closures will allow athletes to safely navigate the course while enjoying the inherent beauty of the landscape. The two-loop 21.1 km (13.1 mile) run course is a flat run with spectacular ocean views. DESCRIPTION:Witness the beautiful dead sea as you run across Israel’s beautiful beach. \nThe highlight of this running experience is the course that leads through the dikes at the Dead Sea Works plant and well into the southern Dead Sea basin. Reflecting a peaceful daily routine\, the central dike marks the Israeli-Jordanian border with no fence. SUMMARY:2019 - 2020 Thanyapura Open Swim League
DESCRIPTION:Would you like to experience the thrill of competing in an Olympic-sized pool alongside other swimmers in Phuket? Then come and take part in the Thanyapura Open Swim League\, beginning on 30 November 2019! This is a fantastic opportunity for young swimming enthusiasts of all ages to come together and compete in teams. Come and test your skills in the water\, and make new friends with others that share your passion for swimming. \nThere are three sessions planned for 2019-20 season: 30 November 2019\, 8 February 2020 and 30 May 2020\, all starting at 8.00am. This season is open to all teams in Phuket and the surrounding areas. The meets will be held at Thanyapura’s 50m Olympic pool\, which will be available from 6.45-7.50am during each session for warm ups. The season costs 400THB per swimmer. \n  \nDATE:\n– 30 November 2019\,\n– 8 February 2020\n– 30 May 2020 \n  \n1. ORGANIZATION\, SITE AND DATES.\n1.1 The object of this swim league is to get all the local swimmers from Phuket and its\nsurroundings to have a chance to compete locally and to make the team competition\nsignificant by having a team score.\n1.2 There will be three sessions\, starting at 08.00 on November 30thd\, Feb.8th\, and May 30th.\n1.3. For the 2019-2020 season\, it will be open to all teams in Phuket\, and surrounding areas.\n1.4 All clubs must confirm their participation in the league before October 19th.\nParticipation costs 400THB per swimmer per session.\n1.5 The meets will be held in Thanyapura’s 50 meter pool for all sessions\n1.6 The pool will be available from 6.45 to 7:50 am for warm up.\n1.7 The organization will provide participants with water and fruit during each event.\n1.8 200 meter events of stroke will have a time standard and age limit (9). If standard is\nnot achieved times\, scores will not count. \n  \n2. Relay men \nThere will be 5 minute break before the relays\, which will start at the end of the session.\nDuring those breaks swimmers will be allowed in the competition pool. \n  \n3. PARTICIPATION.\n3.1 This standard is intended for swimmers in the following categories: 6&U\, 8&U\, 9-10\, 11-12\, 13-14\, and 15-17\, and 18&over\n3.2 Each swimmer may participate in a maximum of THREE individual events per session (excl. relays)\n3.3 Each club may register as many swimmers per event as it wants\, but only the first two swimmers per category will score towards the team score.\n3.4 Each club may register as many relays as it wants. (Only the top relay from each team will score.) \n  \n4. Entries.\n4.1 Entries must be submitted 10 days prior the competition before 20.00. Late entries\nwill be subject to a 500THB late fee per athlete. NO late entries or changes will be\naccepted within 5 days of the competition.\n4.2 Entries fees can be submitted via electronic transfer or cash payments can be\nmade to the front desk prior to the start of the competition.\nEntry deadlines are as follows:\nSession 1 November 20th\nSession 2 January 29th\nSession 3 May 20th\n4.3 The organizer will send the meet program to each participating clubs before 20:00\npm by Thursday prior to the competition. \n  \n5. AWARDS.\n5.1. There will be three medals per age group for both male and female\, based on the highest accumulated score (20\,17\,16\, 15 – 2\,1..) for that age group obtained during the three sessions (so in total 3 sessions x 4 events per session)\, which will be handed at the end of the last day of competition.\n5.2 Wrist bands will be presented to the heat winners.\n5.3 There will be a team score\, based on the high point (20\, 17\, 16\, 2-1…) per age category and male and female for the highest placing 2 swimmers from each club\, per event\, as well as the top relay per team per age group. There will be three team trophies for 1st-3rd \n6. CLAIMS OF RESULTS.
