DESCRIPTION:Would you like to experience the thrill of competing in an Olympic-sized pool alongside other swimmers in Phuket? Then come and take part in the Thanyapura Open Swim League\, beginning on 30 November 2019! This is a fantastic opportunity for young swimming enthusiasts of all ages to come together and compete in teams. Come and test your skills in the water\, and make new friends with others that share your passion for swimming. \nThere are three sessions planned for 2019-20 season: 30 November 2019\, 8 February 2020 and 30 May 2020\, all starting at 8.00am. This season is open to all teams in Phuket and the surrounding areas. The meets will be held at Thanyapura’s 50m Olympic pool\, which will be available from 6.45-7.50am during each session for warm ups. The season costs 400THB per swimmer. \n  \nDATE:\n– 30 November 2019\,\n– 8 February 2020\n– 30 May 2020 \n  \n1. ORGANIZATION\, SITE AND DATES.\n1.1 The object of this swim league is to get all the local swimmers from Phuket and its\nsurroundings to have a chance to compete locally and to make the team competition\nsignificant by having a team score.\n1.2 There will be three sessions\, starting at 08.00 on November 30thd\, Feb.8th\, and May 30th.\n1.3. PARTICIPATION.\n3.1 This standard is intended for swimmers in the following categories: 6&U\, 8&U\, 9-10\, 11-12\, 13-14\, and 15-17\, and 18&over\n3.2 Each swimmer may participate in a maximum of THREE individual events per session (excl. relays)\n3.3 Each club may register as many swimmers per event as it wants\, but only the first two swimmers per category will score towards the team score.\n3.4 Each club may register as many relays as it wants. (Only the top relay from each team will score.) \n  \n4. Entries.\n4.1 Entries must be submitted 10 days prior the competition before 20.00. Late entries\nwill be subject to a 500THB late fee per athlete. NO late entries or changes will be\naccepted within 5 days of the competition.\n4.2 Entries fees can be submitted via electronic transfer or cash payments can be\nmade to the front desk prior to the start of the competition.\nEntry deadlines are as follows:\nSession 1 November 20th\nSession 2 January 29th\nSession 3 May 20th\n4.3 The organizer will send the meet program to each participating clubs before 20:00\npm by Thursday prior to the competition. \n  \n5. AWARDS.\n5.1. There will be three medals per age group for both male and female\, based on the highest accumulated score (20\,17\,16\, 15 – 2\,1..) for that age group obtained during the three sessions (so in total 3 sessions x 4 events per session)\, which will be handed at the end of the last day of competition.\n5.2 Wrist bands will be presented to the heat winners.\n5.3 There will be a team score\, based on the high point (20\, 17\, 16\, 2-1…) per age category and male and female for the highest placing 2 swimmers from each club\, per event\, as well as the top relay per team per age group. There will be three team trophies for 1st-3rd \n6. CLAIMS OF RESULTS. Registration is strictly non-transferable.\nParticipants are not allowed to use form of wheel-run objects of transport e.g. inline skates\, prams\, strollers\, push cars\, shoes with built-in or attached rollers on the course during the race. Organiser reserves the right to remove participants who fail to adhere to the stipulated rules and regulations from the race route immediately.\nCut-off Time-Route officials will divert participants who are unlikely to finish the ride / run within the stipulated duration. Such participants will be guided to the designated diversion points along the route. For their own safety and to avoid being caught in between live traffic\, participants must follow instructions\n\nRunning  \n\nRunners must wear their race numbers/bibs at the front of their adorned apparel at all times during the run.\nRunners must run on the designated path for the entire route. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.\nPlease take note that all Technical Officials / Marshalls / Volunteers are there to see to the safety and welfare of participants and to ensure that there will be no interruption of unauthorised vehicles / spectators entering the race site during the run course event commences.\n\nCycling  \n\nParticipants must ensure that their Bib Numbers are clearly visible on their adorned apparel at all times.\nCyclists are to keep to the left side of the road unless overtaking and are reminded to observe traffic rules at all times. Overtaking on the left of a cyclist is dangerous and should not be allowed.\nThe helmet must be worn before the cyclist remove his/her bicycle from the bicycle rack and has to stay on the cyclist’s head until he/she has placed his/her bicycle back securely at the allocated spot on the bicycle rack.\nAll participants will have to perform their own repairs if their bicycles should breakdown.\nDistances and durations indicated for all categories of rides are only approximate. The organiser reserves the right to amend such distances and durations should circumstances demand it.\nRoad Bikes\, TT bikes\, Sports Bikes\, Touring Bikes\, Hybrid Bikes\, Mini Velo Bikes\, Folding Bikes\, Mountain Bikes\, Bikes with Drop Handlebars and / or Disc Brakes are allowed.\n\nTeam Relay  \n\nTeam Relay is only open to 16 years old and above.\nThere is only one category for team relay. Participants can form a group of same gender or mixed.\nA maximum of 3 members is allowed for team relay.\nA team of 3 participants joined the event which each participant is responsible for one section\n\nWEATHER POLICY  \nThe Event will be held\, rain or shine\, unless the Organiser determines that conditions are too dangerous. This will be based on a prudent decision made three (3) days before the Event day or on the Event day by the Organiser and local law enforcement officials. If the Event is cancelled due to inclement weather\, there will be neither refunds nor transfers. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances\, the Organiser reserves the right to alter\, cancel or eliminate any / all portions of the Event. \nWAIVER OF THE EVENT  \nIn consideration of the Organiser accepting this entry\, and the registration to participate in the Event\, I hereby waive and release any and all rights to claims to damages I may have against the Organiser holding this Event\, their agents\, representatives\, successors\, assigns\, sponsors for any and all injuries\, death and invalidity I may sustain before\, during or after the course of the Event or arising as a result of it. DESCRIPTION:If you are looking for an alternative way to do Marathons and UltraMarathons\, this extraordinary event is for you! \nPROOF OF REGISTRATION:\n• Send the Scanned Copy/Photo of the Deposit Slip Together with your Complete Name\, Shirt Size\, Contact Number\, Age\, Location to ecprunevent@gmail.com or private message (Subject: Crazy Man 12Hours) \n• Wait for an acknowledgement email or private message to confirm your registration. \nGENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS:\nEndurance Challenge Philippines will strictly implement the following Race Rules and Conditions.\nPlease be guided accordingly. \n• The Crazy 12-Hour Endurance Run will be held within the premises of Intramuros\, Manila involving MULTIPLE LOOPS (2.80 kms per loop). \n• Runners must be in good health standing to participate in this type of race. NO heart problems or NO serious medical problems. \n• Registration IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS\, NON-TRANSFERRABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. \n• The Race Bib must be visible during the entire race for monitoring. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THIS RULE MAY RESULT TO DISQUALIFICATION. \n• Refreshments are located near the Activity Area. \n• Participants can check-in their bags by handing it to an EM (Event Marshall) at the designated baggage zone. Participants will not be permitted to enter the area. The EM will hand over a clear plastic bag where the participants can transfer their things. \n• Rest area is located near the Race Checker. Participants are allowed to run-walk or walk for recovery within the race course. \n• Participants will be allowed to rest anytime during the race to refresh\, stretch or power nap in the designated area ONLY. \n• Medical Station is available at the Activity area for 12-hour monitoring. \n• In every loop\, please “Check In” with the Race Checkers when you arrive at the Checkpoint so your status and progress can be tracked. Your bib will be verified and clipped\, for security reasons. This may serve as your race record. \n• It will be an Out & Back route\, where the return route is the same as the outgoing route. The route will bring Participants through many parts of Intramuros. \n• The race organizers may change\, without prior notice\, any of the rules and regulations necessary to ensure success of the race. \n• The race organizer’s decision is final. \n• The race organizer reserves the right to reject any entrant or disqualify any participant who is suspected to be under influence of alcohol or having taken banned substances and any participant who is found to have misrepresented himself/herself. If his/her identity of eligibility is challenged\, it is the responsibility of the participant to prove who he/she really is. Others races on the same day are the Chiang Mai Half Marathon\, 10K and 3K. \nThe marathon race falls on Christmas week at the most famous tourist attraction in the North of Thailand. The city of  Chiang Mai has unique identity\, full of natural spots\, historical sites\, traditional art and culture\, local customs and festivals. \nRouting is on the road is flat\, no mountains. Temperature of 12-18 C \nSay farewell to 2019\, as the marathon amidst the morning mist and a “Cool Cool” atmosphere. You can “Lanna” style along the roads around the “Chiang Mai Moat”\, which is surrounded by artful Lanna temples. The backdrop of the route is Doi Suthep where the renowned “Phra That Doi Suthep” is situated\, the sacred place of worship of the Chiang Mai city. DESCRIPTION:The day gives you a chance to take a short icy dip in the Lagoon to celebrate the festive season! Brave souls can take a dip in the bay area (sorry no swimming the course) Ring the Boxing Day Bell and get out for a warming glass of mulled wine followed by a breakfast butties and brew in the cafe! Fancy Dress & Wetsuits optional. \nCost: \nMembers £15 (includes Swim/Dip\, Glass of Mulled Wine\, Breakfast butty & a hot brew) \nNon Members £20 (includes Swim/Dip\, Glass of Mulled Wine\, Breakfast butty & a hot brew) \nSpectator Breakfast £5 (Breakfast butty & a hot brew)\, can be purchased separately via our online store. \nThe Lagoon gates will open at 8:30am and the dip will start at 9am with swimmers racing to be the first to ring the boxing day bell (Hanging on the end of the jetty!).
