DESCRIPTION:UNDER ARMOUR TORONTO 10K\nJune 17th\, 2023 \nA 10K inspired by you. \nLet’s reignite connections and come together for a 10K run along Toronto’s picturesque waterfront. \nThis year’s Under Armour Toronto 10K is all about community. Grab your running buddy\, rally your run crew\, or text that friend who’s been meaning to start running. \nThis June\, your waterfront race awaits. \nYour registration includes: \n\nOne (1) finisher medal\nOne (1) Under Armour souvenir shirt\nRace Bib with timing chip\nUnder Armour Promo Code\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSTART LINE\nStart time: 7:30 a.m.  \nTime limit: 1 hour 40 minutes  \nStart line location: On Lake Shore Boulevard West\, west of Ontario Drive.  \nParticipants will be organized in different start corrals\, based on individual expected finishing time. On race morning\, find your start corral by looking for the coloured flag that corresponds to the coloured stripe on your bib.  \nFINISH LINE \nThe finish line is on Lake Shore Boulevard West\, west of Newfoundland Road. Participants will drop off and pick up their bags in the same location.    \n Baggage Check will be open from 6:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.   \n\n\nCOURSE MAP\n \n\n\nCOURSE DESCRIPTION\n*Course is subject to change  \n\nStarts on Lake Shore Boulevard West\, west of Ontario Drive \nWest on Lake Shore Boulevard West to the turnaround at Ellis Avenue \nEast on Lake Shore Boulevard West to the turnaround at Newfoundland Road \nWest on Lake Shore Boulevard West to the finish line \nPost-race area at Bandshell Park at Exhibition Place \n\n COURSE RESTRICTIONS \nFor the safety of all participants\, baby carriers\, skateboards\, roller blades\, Kangoo Jump shoes\, animals and unauthorized bicycles and wheeled devices are not permitted in the race.  \nNordic Pole participants are welcome.   \nBaby Strollers are welcome and will be asked to start at the back. Register early\, as stroller spots are limited.  \nIf you wish to participate with a Support Person or Guide\, you will register using the online registration system. Your guide has 2 options:   \n\nThe guide can participate in the event at no cost. You will select the ‘Guide’ option on your registration form when it asks ‘Will you be participating with any of the following adaptive aids’. You will then enter the name of your guide and their email address. They will need to complete the event waiver and wear two “GUIDE” bibs\, one on their front\, and one on their back. When the participant picks up their race kit\, they will receive the additional “GUIDE” bib(s). \nThe guide can register individually and pay the full registration fee. They will receive the event shirt\, bib\, timing chip & finisher’s medal. On race morning\, find your start corral by looking for the coloured flag that corresponds to the coloured stripe on your bib.  \nFinish Line \nKids Run finish line is the same as the Kids Run start line.  \nPlease note — all children must be picked up by an adult at the finish area\, following the guidelines below:  \nAll children will receive 2 identical bibs.  \nOne bib must be worn by the child participating.  \nThe second bib must be worn by the adult accompanying or picking up the child at the finish area.  \nThese procedures are in place for the safety of your children. Strollers are permitted to start at the back.  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nRACE KIT PICKUP\nRace Kit Pick Location  \nLocation: Coming Soon!  \nAll participants in the In-Person event must pick up their Race Kit at Race Kit Pickup.  \nRace Kit Pick Schedule \nWednesday\, June 14th – Friday\, June 16th 2023  \nHours: Coming Soon!  \nThere is no race day pickup.  \nPicking up for a Friend? \nPlease bring either their original Race Roster Registration Confirmation Email OR a text\, e-mail\, or hand-written note that states they allow you to pick up their race kit on their behalf.  \nTRAINING \nMapMyRun™ is excited to provide Under Armour Toronto 10K participants with access to leading strength\, training and stretching programs ahead of the race\, along with a special race day challenge.   Training plans will launch the last week in March\, so make sure to come back & check them out!   \nELITES & AWARDS \nMore to Come.  \nCanadian Masters Athletics National 10K Championship \nThis event will host the Canadian Masters Athletics (CMA) National 10K Championships. \nThe top three male and female finishers who are CMA members in each 5-year Masters age group\, starting at ages 30-34\, will be awarded CMA Gold\, Silver and Bronze Championship medals. \nTo be eligible for the CMA medal\, you must be a current CMA member and enter your CMA/Athletics Canada membership number at registration. \nPick up your medals at the CMA table near the finish after the race!
