DESCRIPTION:Set to be one of the most unforgettable events in Scotland\, the Glasgow Sprint Triathlon will bring new and experienced athletes to this beautiful location. Come for the incredible race atmosphere and to run across the finish line in a blaze of glory. \nWhat’s included at the Glasgow Sprint Triathlon: \n\nBespoke Finisher’s Medal\nWater Station\nChip-timed results\nToilets\nFully marked and marshalled course\nMedical support\nVendors on site (refreshments available for purchase)\nFree official race photography\n\nLogistics and schedule \n07:00 – 08:35 Registration and transition open \n08:40 Mandatory Race Briefing \n09:00 Race Start \n13:00 Bike Cut-Off \nAge Requirements \nAll entrants must be 17 and older to enter the event. \nRace Numbers \nYour race pack will include a race number and 2 stickers\, which must be attached to your bike and your helmet. This must be done before you enter the transition zone. \nTransition \nThe transition area will be open between 07:0 and 08:35. You cannot ride your bike in the transition area\, and you must wear your helmet at all times in the transition area whether you are on your bike or running with your bike. \nSecurity will be present in the transition area throughout so you don’t need to worry about your equipment. You will need your ID to go in and out of the transition area. \nDrafting \nThis is a no drafting race. \nBTF Member Entry \nIf you are not currently a member of the British Triathlon Federation\, your ticket will cost £6 more which covers the cost of a day membership. \n  \n  \nRace Organiser: Tough Runner UK \n
