DESCRIPTION:We have now added the swim and run course map to the website. It will also show you where to park. The Big South East Swim returns to Dartford for the 6th year running.\nCome and swim in one of the cleanest lakes in the UK. You have 5 swim and 2 Aquathlons distances to choose from. This is the ideal swim venue for beginners and experienced swimmers. \nEvent details\n\nUpon arriving at the Bridge Site\, please make your way to the car park. Then follow the arrows to the swim start that’s about 400 meters away.\nTo find us by Sat Nav the postcode is DA15GA\, and that will take you to the car park\nPlease keep to the pavement as the fast-track bus route will be running all day.\nRegistration will be on the right-hand side on the grass and will open at 8am.\nThere will be changing tents and Toilets on site.\nPlease take care when you exit the lake as the ground will be wet and muddy.\nThe swim will take place in the South Lake at The Bridge. Wet suits are compulsory.\n\nOpen water Swim Start times are as follows: \n\nRegistration will open at 8 am\, and the race will start at 9 am so please give yourself time to get there and get ready.\nThe Aquathlon race will also start at 9 am\, but this may change depending on how many entries we receive for both events.\nIf you are bringing children with you\, please keep them away from the water’s edge and the bus lane at all times.\nThere will also be free food and cold drinks after the race for all swimmers.\n\nIf you have any questions about the swimming race\, please get in touch info@bridgetriathlon.co.uk. \nPLEASE NOTE: Swimming is forbidden in the lakes on The Bridge at any time other than for events or during authorised Open Water Swim training sessions. Through Pall Mall\, you’ll run past St James’s Palace\, then heading east Towards Trafalgar Square. A beautiful stretch along the river at Embankment culminates at Westminster Bridge\, and you’ll finish off the race down Whitehall\, after looping around Parliament Square. \nAs you race along the course there will be a variety of music every 450m ranging from reggae/funk to disco.

DESCRIPTION:London – Paris Cycle Ride 2018\nOur route takes us from London’s Trafalgar Square to the heart of Paris. Cycling through stunning countryside and quiet country roads. Transport details for the ferry from Newhaven to Dieppe and the Eurostar train back to London should be booked in advance of the ride.  \nOnce final numbers have been confirmed a group will be set up to discuss the final plans and arrangements. RIDE STARTS AT 4:00PM\nDISTANCE: 57MILES (92KM)\nOur challenge begins from Trafalgar Square at 4pm\, heading south en route to the coast at Newhaven. The route takes us through East Grinstead and Lewes before reaching the coast. The distance is 57miles. This wonderful stretch of the Avenue Verte transports you from Dieppe across the Pays de Bray\, a stunning part of Normandy\, with rich farmlands stetching across wide green rolling hills arriving into Beauvais at around lunch time.  \nOvernight stay in Beauvais\nAccommodation has been booked through Airbnb in Beauvais which sleeps X people. We are still treated to some stunning countryside all the way up to our lunch spot by the River Seine at Triel-sur-siene After lunch we follow the river down through the suburbs until we reach Versailles and then head into the centre of Paris. From here it’s a short ride before reaching our finishing point at the Eiffel Tower! \nDAY 3: PARIS TO LONDON ON THE EUROSTAR\nSUNDAY 15 JULY. TRAIN DEPARTS 4:13PM\nAfter lunch and an afternoon break in Paris we will make our way to the Gare du Nord station to catch the Eurostar home arriving at St Pancras or Ebbsfleet. We have estimated a departure of around 4pm\, however it is up to you when you’d like to head back to the UK. DESCRIPTION:Worldwide EndoMarch London 2018\nFor the fifth year running\, women and their supporters across the globe will be taking part in a peaceful march about the plight of those who suffer from endometriosis.  \nWe will be marching through the streets of London with the hope of promoting awareness for endometriosis and the need for faster diagnosis\, greater education and more funds for research into better treatments and an eventual cure.   \nWe would love for you to join us\, so please sign up today! \nOn Saturday 24th March 2018 we will be walking approximately 2.5km through Central London. This is a chance for all of us suffering from endometriosis or supporting someone who suffers to come together and make our voices heard\, feel involved in high profile awareness raising and meet other people in the same situation.   \nThis march is free of charge to join however\, it’s important to note that all participants taking part are responsible for their own health and safety. \nIf you cannot manage to attend one of the Worldwide marches for financial\, geographic or health reasons there are lots of other ways you can support this movement. \nThe organisers of the London March are three dedicated endometriosis advocates who serve as volunteers for the Worldwide EndoMarch organistion as well as Endometriosis UK.
