SUMMARY:Kid's Triathlon
DESCRIPTION:Multi Event Sports aren’t just for elite adults! Kids are filled with the\nenergy to swim\, bike\, and run to the finish line here. Coordinated in\npartnership with the School District’s Physical Education teachers\,\nthe Kids Tri course is a 100 meter swim\, a 3 mile bike ride\, and a Ω\nmile run around the track. Kids enrolled in 3rd through 6th Grade\ncompete in this noncontinuously timed event. Everyone receives a\nlong sleeve t-shirt. While awards are given to the fastest in each division\, the real winners are all the kids who bolt from the start and head towards the finish. Park District athletic events are non-refundable. \nRegistration deadline is September 19.
