Failure to do so may result in delaying your confirmation. \n4. Once payment is made (via iPay88)\, a race confirmation will be sent by email immediately. For Manual bank-in payment\, a race confirmation will be sent within 2 working days. \n5. Those who did not make payment within 5 days after registration\, your entry will be cancelled automatically without any notice. \n6. “On that day” registration is NOT accepted. \n7. Closing date for entry is 15 March 2017. Please ensure FULL PAYMENT is made before the closing date. Payment received after the closing date will NOT be accepted. Therefore\, all registrations without payment will be removed from our system. \n8. Please note that Online Payment is process via our payment portal iPay88.com. Your credit card statement mayl indicate iPay88/Mobile88.com and not TriSportz Event Management. If there is any dispute in the charge\, your entry will be cancelled automatically. \n9. Strictly NO CHANGES of name and race category after registration is completed. Please ensure your name\, race category\, t-shirt size are correct before submitting. \n11. No refund of fee will be given to participants who do not eventually take part in the event for any reasons whatsoever. \n12. Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their race kit to any party to race on their behalf. \nCLOSING DATE : 15 March 2017 \n\nRace Pack Collection \nDate : 21 & 22 April 2017 (Friday – Saturday)\nTime : 2.00pm – 6.00pm on 21 April 2017\, Friday\n12.30pm – 6.30pm on 22 April 2017\, Saturday\nVenue : Clubhouse\, Admiral Marina & Leisure Club\, Port Dickson \nKindly present your ID/Passport for identification purposes. You are NOT required to bring along your confirmation slip to collect your Race Entry Pack. \nA RM50 deposit is required for the timing chip and strap. The money will be refunded at the finish line upon returning the chip and strap. \nFor participants who are not able to collect the Race Entry Pack personally\, may authorise someone to collect on your behalf.
