DESCRIPTION:Family Swim Holiday Mallorca\nAfter 14 years of successful Family Swim Holidays\, we are proud to announce our 2019 Holiday Programme. The Family Swim Holidays 2019 will take place at the fabulous world renowned BEST Centre\, in the beautiful town of Colònia Sant Jordi\, on the southern tip of Mallorca where you will stay just minutes from some of Europe’s most stunning beaches. \nThe swim holiday is designed for swimmers aged 6-18 years old\, who are used to training regularly with a swim team\, (please email us if you have any questions). The holiday will cater for all levels of swimmer from club swimmer to international standard. \nFACILITIES \nThe Pool\nThe centrepiece of The BEST Centre is our outdoor Olympic-sized training pool. The 10 lane\, 50m pool (50m x 25m x 2m) is a free-standing pool from Astra\, who supply the competition pools for the FINA world championships. \nThe Gym\nWe know that a well equipped gym is essential for a successful training camp\, so we have an on-site gym fully equipped and dedicated to swimming. We also have two large areas suitable for land work\, and plenty of space around the pool for stretching. Our state of the art facilities at The BEST Centre attract individuals and teams from across the world. More specifically\, we have welcomed 1000s of different swimming\, water polo\, triathlon and synchronised swimming teams from 38 countries worldwide. The combination of our facilities and the peacefulness of Colònia make for the perfect training camp – good enough for the very BEST! \nWHAT TO EXPECT\n“Our goal for each athlete is to have fun\, learn\, meet new friends\, and take a great attitude about their sport back to his or her home club.” \nWHAT’S INCLUDED\nThe swim holiday will be run by British Olympic swimmers and former British record holders as well as ASA qualified coaches. The holiday will comprise of 9 x 2 hour swimming sessions for 7 day holidays and 13 x 2 hour swim sessions for the 10 day holiday\, accompanied by dry land and stretching exercises. \nThe focus will be on:\n» Technique work.\n» Kicking.\n» Starts and turns.\n» Breakouts.\n» And having the most fun you can possibly have in a week of swimming. \nWhen the children are training\, parents are free to do their own thing and explore some of the beautiful sights of the island\, or sit in the sun and watch your children train. Parents will also have the opportunity to use the pool and the gym\, free of charge whilst the kids train! \nAlthough this is a swim holiday\, we offer so much more! As you can see on the itineraries\, outside of training we have a fun-filled schedule with lots of fun activities\, along with plenty of free time to relax as a family. \nWHAT TO BRING\nAll swimmers will need to bring fins and snorkel. Either bring your own if you have it\, or please order your kit from us and it will be waiting for you on your arrival. We recommend and sell Finis Zoomers or Z2\, and Finis snorkels. We have plenty of kick boards and pull buoys so there is no need to bring them. Bring your goggles (we have a range of mirrored and tinted goggles for sale at the pool)\, swimsuits\, caps and plenty of waterproof\, high protection sunscreen at FACTOR 50. \nDATES\n» May 25th – June 1st .. 7 days.\n» July 2nd – 9th .. 7 days.\n» July 9th – 19th .. 10 days.\n» July 19th – 26th .. 7 days.\n» July 26th – August 2nd .. 7 days.\n» August 3rd – 10th .. 7 days.\n» August 10th – 20th .. 10 days.\n» August 20th – 30th .. 10 days. \nADDITIONAL INFORMATION \nDISCOUNTS: If you are a family of 5 or more people\, the first four people pay the usual price\, and each person after that receives a 5% discount off the lowest priced person in the family\, i.e. a family of 5 will receive a 5 percent discount off a non swimming child or an adult. (Note: A non swimming child is aged 16 or under). \n1-2-1s: During the holiday we can organise 1-2-1 sessions of 30 or 60 minutes with individual swimmers. As time is very limited during the week\, it is best to book these in advance to avoid disappointment. Please note we do not offer 1:2:1 sessions on the arrival or departure days of our holiday dates. Cost for 30 minute session is 35 euros and 60 minutes is 50 euros. Exact times of 1-2-1s will be confirmed upon arrival. SUMMARY:Kids Explorers Mountain Bike Camp
DESCRIPTION:Explorers Mountain Bike Camp\nOur summer Bike Camps offer kids the opportunity to develop overall bicycling and mountain bike skills\, see a variety of terrain\, explore the local trail systems\, and cultivate a love for bicycling at a young age. Proceeds from our bike camps help us fulfill our mission and break down barriers to bicycling all year long. \nThese kids are riding on two wheels\, but are overall new to riding a bicycle and are still young (between ages 4 up to 7). This is a half day camp with lots of skill development games and fun rides to get these kids more confidence and focus on certain aspects of riding.  \nThe goal is to focus on having fun and being safe. At this camp we usually see a single speed bike with coaster brakes and 12-16” wheels.

SUMMARY:Bloodwise Blenheim Triathlon
DESCRIPTION:Each year\, it welcomes over 7\,500 participants of all ages and abilities to swim\, bike and run around the spectacular route. Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Bloodwise Blenheim Triathlon is opening for its 15th years and is the 2nd largest triathlon in the UK. There are tons of options available to race. From a Super Sprint (400m swim\, 13.2km cycle\, 2.9km run) to Sprint (750m swim\, 19.8km cycle\, 5.4km run). \n  \nStarting with a swim in the Great Lake\, the competitors then enter the ‘transition’ area in the Great Court where they collect their bikes for the cycling section around the Park. The bikes are then returned to the Great Court and their run begins around the Queen Pool with the finish on the road leading away from the Palace. The course is alongside the competitors’ village where you will be able to find food and further amenities. \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou can enter as an individual in any of the 3 distances or as part of a Team Relay in the Sprint distance category. With a calm\, safe and spectator friendly sea swim in the Prince of Wales Dock\, a lapped\, picturesque ride\, and a fast and flat out and back run heading through the city\, with beautiful beach views\, and a finish in Castle Square in front of the roaring crowds\, this event will take some beating!
