SUMMARY:Triathlon Camp Südafrika
DESCRIPTION:Combine training and adventure holiday at TriCamp South Africa. The camp is aimed at any ability type whether you are an amateur athlete\, ambitious recreational athletes or experts alike. \nThe training grounds which is around Stellenbosch Sports University is a ideal training place for triathletes. It has an Olympic 50m outdoor pool\, a 400m running track and a functional gym. \nThe TriCamp South Africa experience includes 13 nights in an apartment with a small kitchen equipped  to prepare breakfast. In the evening\, participants will be taken to restaurants around Stellenbosch to explore the local cuisine. \n \nThe training is divided into three training blocks. In addition to guided bike rides in small groups (maximum 6 participants per guide)\, there are swim training with individual tips for improving the personal crawler technique and running technique units. The sports program is rounded off by sports-specific athletic units (strength\, stretching\, fascia training). There will be 2 lectures on nutrition and training topics. Conversations in the restaurant and at the bar provides ample opportunities to exchange ideas with other participants and trainers about triathlon. \nApart from the training above\, you can choose to follow various program during breaks and or after the training. Among them are Cape Town by day and by night\, a hike to Table Mountain\, a trip to a game reserve\, a wine tasting on the wine farms around Stellenbosch or a tour to the Cape of Good Hope are just some of the tourist highlights that Cape Town has to offer. Walking along the skull beach illuminated by the moonlight and the stars. Followed by a hill climb at Buena Vista to enjoy its landscapes 360 degrees. However\, always take note of keeping at the left side and disposed their garbage properly. \n• Runners who feel ill or any kind of discomfort are advised to stop and get medical assistance immediately. \n• Runners are not allowed anywhere near the support vehicle. Runners are not allowed to go inside or ride their support vehicle. \n• Runners are not allowed to have escorts when approaching the finish line \n• The Race Organizers may change\, without prior notice to the runners\, any of the rules and regulations necessary to ensure success of the race. \n• The Race Organizer reserves the right to reject any entrant or disqualify any participant who is suspected to be under influence of alcohol or having taken banned substances and any participant who is found to have misrepresented himself/herself. Pacers are allowed from 99km station onwards. \n2. Only one pacer can pace the runner at any given time. However\, the runner can switch pacers at any given time. This must be pinned in front of the singlet or shorts. \nSUPPORT CREW / VEHICLE\n1. Support vehicle is not mandatory. If a runner has support vehicle\, the runner must submit the following information to the organizers during race kit distribution: Vehicle Brand\, Model\, and Color\, Plate Number\, and Contact number of the driver. \n2. Support vehicle is not allowed to shadow the runner. It should leap frog the runner at all times by at least 3K. Support vehicles must move at the speed of traffic and not at the runner’s speed to lend whatever assistance to the runner. \n3. Support vehicle should always be at the right side of the road and should always park on the farthest right side of the road so as not to obstruct the traffic. As much as possible\, parking must be done off the road. \n4. Support vehicle is not allowed to stop on the left side of the road. It not allowed making a U-turn and park on the left side of the road. Support crews should cross the road to go near the runner\, and give aid. All assistance by the support crew must be done by pedestrian crew members\, and they must cross the road to give aid to the runners. Handing of supplies from the support vehicle is not allowed. \n5. Runners are allowed to share support vehicles. Support vehicles are encouraged to give aid even to other runners. \n6.
