DESCRIPTION:Race while enjoying the beautiful rural beauty in the East Midlands. \nChoose from a SuperSprint\, Sprint or Olympic distance not forgetting the addition of Tallington Lakes Aquathlon & Aquabike  – race over the Sprint and Olympic distances with just a swim & run OR a swim & bike. \nThe swim is set in one of the beautiful\, clean\, spring fed lakes (Wet suits are optional). Swim to either the first\, second or third boye. The new bike entry / exit out of the venue now completely avoids the busy entrance of the Water Park and now brings you out from the side of the park onto Kings Street. The SuperSprint and the Sprint have a 1 lap course. The Olympic follows the Sprint course over 2 laps. The SuperSprint remains fairly flat\, whilst the Sprint and the Olympic have a little more elevation\, yet still takes in some beautiful scenery. Staying within the private park\, the run follows the road running past the sailing centre with lakeside views. The residents come out to cheer you on making it a friendly atmosphere & gives you the encouragement you need for the final leg.\nYou can enter aquathlon\, aquabike (sprint & olympic distance) or three different triathlon distances making it inclusive to everyone. \nCategories: \n• Super Sprint distance Open Water Triathlon (400M/14.5km/2.5km) \n  \n• Sprint distance Open Water Triathlon (750m/27.1km/5km) \nSprint Aquathlon (750m swim/5km run) \nSprint Aquabike (750m swim/27.1km bike) \n  \n• Olympic distance Open Water Triathlon (1500m/48.1km/10km) \nOlympic Aquathlon (1500m/10km) \nOlympic Aquabike (1500m swim/48.1km bike) \n  \nTEAMS: The team consists of 2 or 3 members. If your team has 2 members\, the first member will conduct the swim and the run and the 2nd member will conduct the bike. If your team has 3 members\, 1 member conducts EITHER the swim\, the bike or the run. DESCRIPTION:Cycling Australia (CA) is pleased to announce the National Junior Racing Series will launch via the online cycling platform RGT Cycling from 17 May. \nDue to Federal and State and Territory Government restrictions that remain in place across the country due to the COVID-19 Pandemic no junior racing or training is currently being conducted. \nThe 2020 Cycling Australia Junior National Racing Series will be open to Cycling Australia and Cycling New Zealand Junior Race Members and will feature four races where individual riders will be able to compete in their own category against junior riders across the country.  Riders will race directly against athletes in their category. \nSunday 7 June – 11.00 am (AEST): Pienza \n“While our outdoor racing is on hiatus as we do our part to flatten the curve\, we are pleased to bring this new e-racing series to our members\,” said Cycling Australia General Manager – Sport\, Kipp Kaufmann. \n“It is exciting to provide our junior members with an opportunity to race\, and with the series opened to New Zealand riders\, it should provide some added rivalry.” \n“RGT’s mission is to make cycling better.
