Swim from The Loggia with its Nymph’s Fountain inspired by the Trevi Fountain in Rome. \n\n\n\nRun through stunning castle grounds and surrounding villages\, and cycle through the Ashdown Forest and South Downs. \n\n\n\nThroughout the weekend\, athletes and spectators will be able to enjoy a fun-packed festival village featuring live music\, shopping\, food and drink\, children’s entertainment\, yoga and more. \n\n\n\nOur 2022 Festival Of Endurance event was a huge success; we expect 2023 to be even better! \n\n\n\nRACES\n\n\n\nFestival Of Endurance returns in 2023 for a day full of sporting excitement – highlights include our full iron distance\, The Bastion and half iron distance\, The Gauntlet and our 50 Miler ultra run. \n\n\n\nWe also have long-distance duathlons\, aquathlons\, aqua bikes\, and running and swimming races. \n\n\n\nThis year\, we have added new distances to the Festival Of Endurance program: 34 Miler Ultra Run\, 50 Miler Ultra Run Relay\, Marathon Run Relay\, 10K Swim Relay and the 5K Swim! \n\n\n\nWe hope you will be one of the first to participate in these exciting events! \n\n\n\nGOVERNING BODY\n\n\n\nWe are delighted to announce that British Triathlon governs this event. If you compete in a triathlon or multisport event\, you will need a valid membership of day licence. \n\n\n\nCHARITY\n\n\n\nWe are delighted to have partnered with Macmillan Cancer Support for another year after the success of 2022. They do whatever it takes to give people affected by cancer the support they need. Macmillan is going all out to support people with cancer. Your address must be up to date on your registration four weeks before the event for these to be sent to the correct place\, as we will not be able to re-send them. If you need to update your address\, please get in touch via hello@thelondon10k.com \n\n\n\nRace Pack Collection: \n\n\n\nIf you did not pay for race pack postage when registering\, you would need to collect your race pack from the collection point in the Festival Village or the London ASICS store before the event. Details about collection times will be shared shortly before the event. \n\n\n\nWhat if my race pack doesn’t arrive in the post?\n\n\n\nIf your pack doesn’t make it to you in the post\, you’ll need to collect a new race number from the collection point in the Festival Village or London ASICS store before the event. Details about collection times will be shared shortly before the event. \n\n\n\nWhat is in my race Pack?\n\n\n\nYour race pack will contain: \n\n\n\n– A race bib with a unique runner number and the chip which records the runner’s time. \n\n\n\nWe are encouraging participants to try to keep and reuse items such as safety pins from event to event. As a result\, we are no longer sending out safety pins in our Race Packs\, reducing the environmental impact of our event and as part of our broader sustainability manifesto. Please do your best to bring some with you on event day! \n\n\n\nFor anyone unable to bring their own safety pins\, we will have areas within the festival village to collect some. \n\n\n\nIs there a prize for winning?\n\n\n\nAs always\, we aim to create our events so they are fully inclusive and appeal to participants of all experiences and abilities. We are investing our resources into our overall event experience for our participants and engagement with the local community\, from hosting engaging route entertainment and festival village activities to improve the event’s sustainability and carbon footprint.
