SUMMARY:Brynkinalt Running Festival
DESCRIPTION:The Brynkinalt Running Festival brings together an active community of people taking part in sporting events for reasons ranging from fitness\, competition\, charity\, health\, fun\, or to simply finish. The participants vary of all ages and all abilities of trail runners. \n\n\n\nThe festival offers runners the chance to run 5k (approx) and 10k (approx) in the amazing surroundings of the Brynkinalt Estate. We offer canicross on the Saturday and standard running on Sunday. \n\n\n\nRACE HQ START / FINISH\n\n\n\nThis will in front of the stunning Brynkinalt Hall/Brynkinalt\, Wrexham LL14 5NS. *Please note Brynkinalt Estate is on Private land\, under no circumstances will you be able to run the route at any other time. \n\n\n\nRACE DAY SCHEDULE\n\n\n\n\nSaturday 16th March5k Canicross 8:30am10k Canicross 8:45am \nSunday 17th March \n5k 9am\n10k 9:15am\n\n\n\n\nPARKING\n\n\n\nBrynkinalt Estate\, Chirk\, Trevor Road\, LL14 5HA \n\n\n\n(please arrive from the centre of Chirk on Trevor Road and not the trade entrance at the back) \n\n\n\nEach race offers a challenging route for all trail runners. It takes in some breath-taking scenery overlooking the private estate that is normally closed to the public. \n\n\n\nOnce you have completed the run\, you will receive some awesome goodies! \n\n\n\nMinimum Ages\n\n\n\n\n5k (approx) Min age 12 years old\n\n\n\n10k (approx) Min age 16 years old\n\n\n\n\nRace Start / Finish\n\n\n\nThe Race start and finish will be a short walk to the parking area allowing to leave your valuables in your car. We will have music playing and a help desk for any last-minute questions. Please take note the parking area is on a private estate so please be respectful and stick to the runner’s area in front of the hall. \n\n\n\nRace Experience\n\n\n\nWe are keen to ensure that everyone\, regardless of their ability enjoys the day. We aim to have 1 water station halfway around the 10k route and by the start and finish area for all runners. Please can we encourage you to bring a suitable bottle to run with. At the finish line we will give you your medal and let you enjoy the festival in the stunning surroundings. We don’t advertise the route due to this being on private land\, we need to respect the landowners’ wishes.

SUMMARY:WREXHAM 10K RUN
DESCRIPTION:The Wrexham 10k  brings together an active community of people taking part in sporting events for reasons ranging from fitness\, competition\, charity\, health\, fun\, or to finish. The participants vary in all ages and abilities. \n\n\n\n\nRACE HQ START / FINISH- This will be on Queen Street in the centre of Wrexham\n\n\n\n\n\nRACE DAY SCHEDULE- (Sunday 21st April 2024) Arrive in Wrexham: 8 am/ Warm Up/ Race Start: 9 am\n\n\n\nPARKING- This will be a 5-minute walk from the start/finish area. The town centre has multiple car parks for runners and spectators to use.\n\n\n\n\nThe race offers a lovely route for all runners. It takes in the centre of Wrexham at the start and finishes with a nice countryside section in the middle of the course. \n\n\n\nOnce you complete the run\, you will receive your finisher’s medal and goodies! \n\n\n\n\nMinimum Ages\n\n\n\n\nMin age 15 years old \n\n\n\n\nRace Start / Finish\n\n\n\n\nThe Race start and finish will be a short walk to multiple car park parking\, allowing you to leave your valuables in your car. We will have music playing and a help desk for any last-minute questions. \n\n\n\n\nRace Experience\n\n\n\n\nWe are keen to ensure that everyone\, regardless of their ability\, enjoys the day. We have a little bit of everything\, including Wrexham centre roads and countryside lanes with lovely views. \n\n\n\n\nPrizes\n\n\n\n\nAwards for top 3 female and top 3 male and seven age group awards for male and female.
