Set in the idealic seaside town of Forster Tuncurry in Midcoast NSW\, the event is exciting\, beautiful\, challenging and ‘a blast’ all at once. Anyone competing in the event must be a standard or premium member of the NSW Triathlon affiliated club for the season 2023-24. As per their membership selection. We look forward to seeing you racing in the birthplace of long-course racing in Australia\, Forster on Worimi Country. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFEATURING: \n\n\n\nCLUB DISTANCE + RELAY15+YRS25 MAY: TRI\n\n\n\n\nDISTANCE: 1000m swim\, 27km cycle\, 8km run \n\n\n\nPRICE: From $140 (plus processing fee)\n\n\n\nThis event is a Club Distance Triathlon including a 1000m swim on Forster Beach\, 27km cycle around Forster (including 3 loops) and an 8km run. Recruit your friends and celebrate completing your challenge in our festival village. \n\n\n\nVENUE\n\n\n\nThe Castle was built during the Gothic revival period and was once home to now King Charles during a 3-day visit to Ireland. \n\n\n\nThe Castle is idyllically situated overlooking the Estate’s 1\,000-acre lake (the largest privately owned lake in Europe)\, home to this event’s open-water swims. \n\n\n\nRACES\n\n\n\nOur Lough Cutra Castle event features some truly iconic courses in the West of Ireland.
