SUMMARY:ATW Bedford Half Marathon & 10k
DESCRIPTION:Location: \n\n\n\nRussell Park\, Bedford\, Bedfordshire\, MK40 3RH \n\n\n\nThis chip-timed event is a sure-fire guarantee to give you the best chance of a PB in the Half-Marathon or 10K. \n\n\n\nThe one lap 10k course starts and finishes on the beautiful Bedford Embankment and runs out alongside the flat\, tree lined river Ouse. After heading out towards Priory Park and a lap of the beautiful Priory Lake you’ll return to the Embankment over the Town Bridge and hearing the cheers of the crowds at the finish line. \n\n\n\nThose tackling the Half Marathon will head back out for a second-lap with a slight extension to make up the accurate 21.1km (13.1 mile) Half Marathon distance. \n\n\n\nThe course will have both kilometre markers for the 10k and mile markers for the Half Marathon. \n\n\n\nThe whole route is on traffic-free tarmac or firm paths and with less than 50m of elevation across the 10k\, and 100m across the Half Marathon its bound to be a PB buster! \n\n\n\nThis event is more than just a run. SUMMARY:The Bridge Triathlon
DESCRIPTION:The race takes place in one of the cleanest lakes in the south off England. The bike course is all on closed roads and it ideal for anyone new to the sport of Triathlon. \n\n\n\nIn the event of us losing any part of the course we will turn the Triathlon into an alternative event. If we lose the road it will become an Aquabike. If we lose the lake it will become a Duathlon. Sorry no refund will be given as this will be out of our control. In the 10 years this has not been a problem. \n\n\n\nThere are three different distances plus a team relay to choose from: a super sprint\, sprint and standard plus a relay option for the standard distance triathlon. \n\n\n\nWe are also running an Aqua Bike race.
