DESCRIPTION:Camel Muar Run 2018\nThe Camel Muar Run 2018 is set to take place on June 10th at SJK(C) Chung Hwa 3\, Muar. \nThe run offers two categories to choose from – 10 km\, 22 km – and is open to both Men & Woman. \nPlaces are filling up fast so be sure to reserve your sport now while you still can. \n \nFlag Off time\nCategory & Time\n22 KM – 5.30 A.M.\n10 KM Fun Run – 6.00 A.M. \nRace Kit Collection Detail\nDate – 9 June 2018 ( Saturday )\nTime – 9.00 am – 5.00 pm\nCollection Venue\nSJK (C) Chung Hwa 3\, No. 23\, Jalan Abd. Rahman\, 84000 Muar\, Johor \nDocument Needed for collection \nSelf Collection\nID Card / Passport and registration official receipt.  \nCollect For Friend\nID Card / passport for collector\, photocopied ID card /Passport and official receipt of runner. \nRegistration closing Date\n22 km – 30-Apr-2018 or maximum 1500 participants\, whichever earlier\n10 km – 30-Apr-2018 or maximum 250 participants\, whichever earlier \n \nWater Station\nCategory & Number of Water Stations\n22 km – 5 water stations\n10 km – 2 water stations \nRace Schedule\nTime & Programmes\n5.00 am – Participants Arrival\n5.30 am – Flag off for 22 km category\n6.00 am – Flag off for 10 km category\n8.15 am – 10.00 am -Prize giving ceremony & closing \nTerms & Conditions \nBy signing up for the Event\, the Participant agrees to abide all the relevant Rules and Regulations of the Organizer. \nRegistration valid after payment received and processed by the EVENT organizers. Any incomplete entries or not compliance\, will not be valid. \nOnce registration has been duly processed\, there will be strictly no refunds of fees.  Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their race entries to another party or change race categories after their registrations are confirmed\, except through the official registration transfer module from the Organizer. \nParticipants’ safety. Participants run solely at their own risk and the Organizer will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising during or after participation in the Event. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual Event Day.   \nParticipants are strongly recommend to obtain their own Personal Accident insurance for their own protection. \nAll Participants must collect their race entry pack during the designated Race entry pack collection time period\, details of which are on the Venue so stipulated. If Participants are unable to collect their race entry pack in person\, another authorized person may do so for them upon informing the Organizers and/or the race registration online company via their email address. Race  \nEntry Packs cannot be collected on Event Day. \nLate collection of Race Entry Packs will not be entertained\, and the Organizers shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to Participants’ inability to collect their Race Kit. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to collect their Race Kit during the collection period. Uncollected Race Kits will be deemed as unwanted\, and the Organizers shall be at liberty to dispose or re-distribute them accordingly. After registration\, there will be no fee refund for  \nParticipants who do not eventually take part in the event\, for any reasons whatsoever. \nParticipants are strongly encouraged to bring along headlamp/torch lights and blinker/reflective gear for the run. \nThe Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form. \nBaggage deposit facility will be available. The Organizer reserve the right to check any item or baggage deposited. The Organizer will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage\, personal or otherwise\, to the belongings and items deposited at the Event baggage storage provided for the runners. The Organizer also reserves the right to check any item or baggage deposited.\nAll participants MUST ensure there will be no rubbish thrown along the entire route and the starting/finishing point of the event (Keep Green). \nThe Organizer reserves the right to amend the Event race routes as the Organizer deems fit for the safety of the Participants and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the Event\, at any time without prior notice to the Participants. In such cases\, every effort will be made to inform the Participants prior to the date of the Event. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes. \nThe Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event at any time without prior notice to the Participants. If the Event has to be cancelled or postponed\, there shall be no refunds of fees and the Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused. \nParticipants upon registration hereby waived their rights to take any legal action whether or not contractual or negligence or under any laws or enactment against Organizer for any loss\, injury and damage pertaining to their participation in the event. \nRunners taking part in the Camel Muar Run on 10 June 2018 will covered by RM 10\,000 insurance coverage each.
