DESCRIPTION:Established in 1978\, the Spring Run-Off is Toronto’s oldest\, continuously-held road race. Traditionally the first big running event of the season in the GTA\, the Spring Run-Off is the yearly kick-off event of the Canada Running Series. \nThe family-friendly event features strong traditions – a bagpiper leading runners to start line\, maple syrup prizing & a pancake breakfast. \nThe race features an infamously challenging course through High Park including the Kill The Hill Challenge\, a consistently strong elite presence\, beautiful medals\, souvenir race shirts\, cheering stations\, live entertainment\, and the opportunity to support any area of cancer research at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre – one of the top 5 cancer research centres in the world!
