DESCRIPTION:Open Water Big Swim UK\nThe Chase Open Water Big Swim at Chasewater Country Park is a swimming event with three swim distance options- 1.6k / 3.2k / 5k. \nThe Big Swim requires all 5k swimmers to be able to complete within 3hrs \nBeginners please come and have a go\, we will help and guide you though those first steps into OWS. Swim as much or as little\, We have a shallow area for you to start in. \nYoung swimmers must be accompanied by an adult. \nOne child (8-14 years) per full paying adult swims free. \nWe have onsite Bar & Restaurant facilities where you can order variety of light snacks or main meals. \n​\nInter/Advanced \nWe have Three swim course loops – 400m\, 800m and 960m Chasewater will give you a variety of conditions We allow none wetsuit “a towfloat is required”.  \nTo ensure a safe and well managed open water swimming experience We use the NOWCA safety wristband system By using this chipped wristband we can access your emergency  details immediately.
