DESCRIPTION:Children’s Marathon Event 2019\nA must-do event for budding runners\, give your children the chance to experience their own finish line moment as they enjoy the cheers from the crowds and the atmosphere of the Simply Great Manchester Run on Portland Street. \nIf you’re already entered\, read on for all the information you’ll need for the big day. \nYour run number will be sent out approximately 2 weeks before and we’ll be in touch by email to keep you up to date with everything you need to know. \nIn the meantime if you have any questions just get in touch with our customer services team\, who will be happy to help. \nDistance: 2.5k & 1.5k \nDate: 19.05.2019 \nEntry Price: 2.5K Junior – £15 per entry\, 1.5K Mini – £14 per entry \nMinimum age: Mini: 3 – 8 yrs old\, Junior: 9 – 15 yrs old \nTimetable\nPlease note: the courses may be subject to change. \nThe Simplyhealth Junior and Mini Great Manchester Run starts and finishes at the 10k and half marathon start line on Portland Street\, following the city centre route ran by elite athletes\, celebrities and thousands of past runners. \nThe Mini course is approximately 1.5k and the Junior run is a 2.5k course. \nPlease note: the courses may be subject to change.
