DESCRIPTION:Run It – Prasmul Olympics 2018\nRUN IT presented by Prasmul Olympics is a running race that celebrates every single motivation to run and\, certainly\, the love of running itself. We believe that YOU have your own personal encouragement to run and we support YOU to RUN IT. \nBringing an experience of 5 and 10 kilometers races\, RUN IT 2018 welcomes and challenges all the runners out there\, and hopes to unite us altogether in a professional running race experience. \nWhere will RUN IT 2018 be held ?\nThe race venue is at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya\nEdutown Kavling Edu I no.1\, Serpong\nJl. BSD Raya Utama\nPagedangan\, Tangerang\, Banten.\nWhen will RUN IT 2018 be held ?\nThe race will be held on Sunday\, 18 March 2018. \nWill I get race timing?\nYes\, all participants will get their own race timing chip to record personal running time.\nWho are eligible to join RUN IT 2018\nAll participants with Indonesian citizenship are eligible to join RUN IT 2018 \nWhat is the minimum age to participate in RUN IT 2018?\n5 KM –> Pariticipants must be aged 13 and above as at race day\n10 KM –> Participants must be aged 15 and above as at race day\nAll participants below the age of 17 are required to submit a Release waiver or seek parental/ guardian consent to participate in the race \nHow can I register for this race?\nSimply fill out the registration form. \nIs it mandatory to pick up my race pack?\nYes. The race pack includes RUN IT jersey and BIB number with timing chip that you must wear during the race. \nWhen can I pick up my race pack?\nRace pack collection will be held on Saturday – Sunday\, March 10-11\, 2018. More details are to be announced 3 days prior the race pac collection day via email. \nWill there be a bag deposit?\nThere will be no bag deposit. Participants are advised to keep all belongings themselves. While maximum care and security will be enforced\, the organizers will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items. \nWill the parking area be provided in the area of the race?\nParticipants are allowed to park their vehicles inside the campus area. \nWill there be time for warming up?\nRUN IT 2018 will include a warming up session for both racing categories at 5:30WIB. \nWhat is the FLAG-OFF time for the race?\n10 km → 6:00 WIB (Western Indonesian Time )\n5 km → 6:20 WIB (Western Indonesian Time )\nWhat is tolerated maximal time for being late to join RUN IT 2018?\nThe tolarated maximal time would be 15 minutes after the FLAG-OFF time of each category. \nWhat is the time difference between 5K and 10K races?\nThe time difference is 20 minutes with the 10K race starting first. \nWhat is the cut off time for the race?\n10 km → 2 Hours 30 Minutes\n5 km → 1 Hours 30 Minutes\n*Participants who do not cross various distance checkpoints at certain timings maybe directed to run on footpaths or take an alternative route due to restrictions on road closure timings. \nWhat will happen if I run over the CUT-OFF time?\nParticipants would be directed to the nearest route towards the finish line and will NOT RECEIVE the finisher medal. \nWhat is the estimated time for RUN IT 2018 awarding ceremony?\nThe awarding ceremony for RUN IT 2018 winners will be held around 8:30WIB.
