Think breathable sports gear (leggings and shorts are ideal) and well-fitting trainers. DESCRIPTION:Race for Life Pretty Muddy Kids\nRace for Life Pretty Muddy Kids is our brilliant muddy obstacle course just for the little ones. They can take on the obstacles\, crawl through the mud pit and have fun with friends\, all the while helping raise valuable funds for life-saving research. \nPlease note\, all children taking part must be at least 1.2m tall on day of event. \nAll of our Pretty Muddy Kids events are approximately 5km. At the majority of venues\, there will be a shortcut available at approximately 2km or 3km\, which will lead back to the finish line. \nDISTANCES\n5 km\, 3 km or 2 km x 2 events \nKey Information\nDate: Saturday 4 May 2019 \nTime: from 09:45 \nChildren: £10.00\nSupervising Adult: £0.00 \nVenue: Weston Park\, Weston-Under-Lizard\, Nr Shifnal\, Telford\, TF11 8LE View map \nDistance: Pretty Muddy Kids \nCourse information\nThe Pretty Muddy Weston Park route is a circular route around its beautiful grounds making it the perfect setting for an event like this. The course is a mixture of path\, tracks and grass\, it is mostly flat but there are some hills offering some scenic views over Shropshire and Staffordshire. \nAll of our Pretty Muddy Kids events are approximately 5km. At the majority of venues\, there will be a shortcut available at approximately 2km or 3km\, which will lead back to the finish line. This will signposted on the day. If the shortcut is taken\, it may mean missing out some of the obstacles\, but we will make sure all children get to take part in the muddy slide at the end. \nObstacle layout and shortcut distances will vary from venue to venue. Adults accompanying children will run alongside the course but will not be allowed to take part on the obstacles. \nDue to the nature of the event it is not suitable for wheelchair users \nSupporter / spectator access\nThis is a day for all so why not bring your friends and family along to support you – they can even look after your change of clothes! There will be some activities such as face painting\, spectator cheering point\, merchandise and refreshments on the day so don’t forget your change.
