SUMMARY:2019 Montclair Sprint Tri and Kids Splash & Dash
DESCRIPTION:The swim takes place in beautiful Lake Montclair. You will begin your morning with a time trial start unless you are racing in the open wave. Athletes will swim 100 or 200 meters\, depending on your age\, and then transition straights to a .75 or 1.5 mile run. Athletes competing in the Splash & Dash will receive their own Splash & Dash unique medal and t-shirt. \nCOURSE DESCRIPTION\nThe swim takes place in beautiful Lake Montclair. The swim course (750 meters/.5 miles)  is a triangle swim marked with orange buoys on the straights every 100 meters and 150 meters on the turn marked with two yellow buoys. The swim will be a counter clockwise swim keeping buoys on your left shoulder.  Swimmers will exit the course at Dolphin Beach. The bike takes place in the community of Montclair.
