Way back in 1984, Mike ran his first training camps in the Algarve. More than 30 years on, the camps continue with a reputation of supplying high-level coaching to runners of all abilities, from beginners to Internationals, with a level of backup from Personal Trainers to Physical Therapists that many National squads would envy.

We organise several fabulous events in Cyprus, Bhutan and China, working alongside local companies. Our close working relationships with the Major Marathons stretches back to the 1985 New York City Marathon when we were invited in as an Official International Travel Partner (ITP), and now we are an official ITP of many of the Worlds leading events, including:
