Glenn Sadler is the owner and head coach of Sadler Coaching. He is a family man, being married for 24 years and has 6 children. Glenn has a degree in science and has worked for 16 years as an analytical chemist. He is now an Australian Federation qualified Professional Developmental Triathlon Coach (Level 2), a Local Technical Official for triathlon and is currently working towards his Level 3 Performance Development Coaching for athletics.

​Glenn has been involved with sport from a young age, starting out with golf, rugby union and tennis. For the past 16 years Glenn has been heavily involved with cycling and triathlon and has also competed in cross-country running, fun runs and duathlons.

Since participating in a training camp and triathlon races in Phuket, Thailand in 2010, Glenn has developed a love for this region and it’s people, and returns often to train, compete and to simply holiday.
