SUMMARY:Greenie Kids Partner Run 2019
DESCRIPTION:Kids Partner Run 2019\nThe Kids Partner Run 2019 event is set to take place on the 9th of March 2019 at Dataran Putrajaya\, KL. \nThere are 3 categories\, ranging from ages 4 – 13 years old with distances from 1km\, 2km & 5km respectively. \nOnline Registration\nAll participants must register online by providing their Name\, NRIC number\, gender\, contact number\, and email address. \nUpon successful registration\, each participant will receive a confirmation slip via email. The confirmation slip serves as the only valid evidence of registration. All participants are required to present their respective confirmation slip during Runner Kit Collection Day. \nThe Event is opened to participants who are 4 years old and above. Age is calculated based on 31 December 2019. \nParticipants must wear their bib numbers at the front top side of the running wear. Pin your number bib prominently as high as possible – and attach them to the front of the Runners’ Tee using the safety pins that have been provided. Please ensure that the number bib is visible. \nTampering with the race number bib in any way (e.g. obscuring/removing sponsor’s identification) will result in your disqualification. The organiser shall immediately disqualify any participants if this rule is not strictly observed. \nNo pets or animals allowed on the course. \nRunner Incentives\nMalaysia Book of Record Certificate\nT-shirt\nFinisher Medal\nLight refreshment\nLucky draw on event day \nRunner Bibs\nParticipants must wear their bib numbers at the front top side of the running wear. Hence\, a confirmation slip displayed through mobile/smartphone at the counter will suffice. \nPhotocopy of National Registration Identity Card (Malaysian) together with confirmation slip if collecting on behalf of another participant. \nPlease note that race entry packs will not be issued on event day. \nFor bulk collection\, kindly come after 2:00pm to avoid human traffic jam. \nTentative Schedule\nWater Station\nWater station provides water only\nNo cups will be available \nParking\nBehind The Federal Court building there will be ample parking available\, free of charge on event day. \nPortable Toilet\nThere will be no charge for toilet usage. \nMedical & Insurance\nThere will be medical personnel on standby at the race site. \nAmbulance service is on standby as well for emergency cases. \nParticipants are responsible to ensure that they are fit and healthy before starting the race. Please consult your doctor if there is any doubt. \nParticipants are to accept the risk associated with the event as per indemnity clause stated in the registration form. \nThe organizer will not be held responsible for any claim resulted from this event. \nIt is recommended that you have personal accident insurance or health insurance. \nTerms & Conditions \nAS PARTICIPANT\nYou understand the unique nature and requirements of competing in an ultra-long distance running race. You will be running in the dark of early morning and have undertaken the necessary training to compete in such a race. \nYou will be responsible for yourself and have the ability to deal with any problems that may be encountered during the race. \nYou are able to deal with extreme fatigue\, internal organ and digestive problems\, muscle pain\, mild physical injuries and psychological problems on your own. \nYou are fully aware that when participating in an outdoor activity such as this race\, your safety depends on your own skills and abilities. \nNo pacers allowed. \nREFUND POLICY\nOnce your registration is paid and approved\, cancellation is not allowed. Request for transferring your registration to another runner will be considered on case-by-case basis\, please contact us at greeniekidsrun@auladnetwork.com.my \nRace directors reserves the right to cancel the race in the event of natural disasters or extreme weather\, including (not limited to) haze\, thunderstorm\, landslide. \nNO REFUND POLICY takes effect in case of natural disasters or extreme weathers. \nEMERGENCY ASSISTANCE & CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS\nIf during the race\, you encounter another runner or crew who is injured or sick and unable to move on their own\, please give priority to assisting that person by telling race staff for assistance. Emergency contact number of the crew can be spotted on the race bib. \nDo not damage any property located along the race course. Please keep the cleanliness of the area. \nWaiver\nWhilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organizer to ensure the participants’ safety\, participants run at their own risk and the organizer will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising from training for or during participation in the Race. Your safety and well-being are your own responsibility. Always run within your own abilities. Thank you for your co-operation.
