Please bring your own reusable water bottle\, already filled. Think breathable sports gear (leggings and shorts are ideal) and well-fitting trainers. For Pretty Muddy\, wear something you don’t mind getting dirty.Check out the latest range of Race for Life clothing and accessories in our online shop. \n\n\n\nBe sun smartStay sun safe by finding shade when you’re not on the course and covering up with clothes\, a hat and sunglasses.
