You can go through the course helping each other and having fun. \nDistances & Categories\n– 8 KM ( Age group Male & Female )\n– 15 KM ( Age group Male & Female )\n– 24 KM ( Team Open )\n– 2 KM Family & Kids walk run \n  \nSeries: \n \n \nWhat to wear:\nYou should be wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty and a pair of training gloves to protect your hands from the terrain and obstacles. You should also be wearing a pair of trail running shoes to protect yourself from slipping and sliding.
