This workshop is designed for anyone wanting to improve their freestyle stroke for open water swimming and triathlon*.
The Workshop is a mixture of classroom theory and insight along with a 90 minute pool session to put what you’ve learnt into practice.
As well as learning how to be more efficient and learning lessons from what the pro’s do we will show you how your own unique physiology and biomechanics will affect how you swim and how you can adapt the traditional style of freestyle stroke to maximise your swim.
As well as using the world famous Swim Smooth principles Coach Morg will share with you secrets of efficient freestyle swimming learnt from over 15 years of coaching athletes from novice through to elite.
You will also leave the course with access to our online resources and training plans to take your swim fitness to the next level.
