COMPETITIVE 10-16 YEAR OLDS ONLY
THE CHILDREN WILL BE SPLIT INTO GROUPS BASED ON AGES ON THE DAY.
– Both land sessions will be ran by UKCC accredited Strength and Conditioning coach Harry Booker, currently working with the Scottish Institute of Sport.– Alison Willmott (mother Willmott) will also be there as chaperone, and will escort the children from one activity to another.– As usual the swim sessions will be ran by Aimee and Stuart.
