As a former Category 1 road cyclist Kevin has represented Scotland internationally. His passion for triathlon resulted in him double medaling at the Scottish Sprint and Standard Championships (2011) although his real enjoyment comes from endurance triathlons and he has to date competed in six IRONMAN distance events: Roth, Barcelona (3), Austria & Mallorca.

Mikael Eriksson

Mikael is the Founder and Head Coach of Scientific Triathlon, which he started as a blog in 2015. He started out as a runner, and running was also his first focus once he got into coaching. But as his Mikael shifted his own athletic focus to triathlon, his coaching focus soon followed suit.
In 2010, Tri Training Harder began as a training camp provider hosting athletes out of their base in Portugal. Since then, they had realised that even with a stunning location to work out of, the reason clients kept on returning to them was because of the attention to detail their coaching staff gives each of them individually.
John got into triathlon in 2006 competing in a local sprint race. From that first race he had competed regularly in the UK and Europe in sprint, standard, 70.3 and full iron distance races, including the iconic Challenge Roth in 2012. In 2014, John was lucky enough to race in awesome surroundings and heat of Abu Dhabi.
Headed up by pro athlete Chris Standidge, Total Tri Training has grown into one of the UK’s largest coaching team with 10 experienced coaches mentoring over 200 athletes from all over the world.
A passionate Physical Education teacher, Lotty has been a strong advocate of fitness for life. Her passion and drive for physical activity comes the little moments you get when you play; the hairs on the back of your neck standing when you sing National Anthems, the adrenaline rush on the pitch and turning the butterflies, you get before you play into positive energy when it matters.

Dean Ratcliff

Currently based in Malaysia, Dean Ratcliff from the United Kingdom is a Level 3 British Triathlon Coach in charge of developing Junior Triathletes in Malaysia for the state of Perak. A former ABA boxing coach and ex-boxer that took up triathlon in 2008, Dean has represented GB in World and European competitions numerous times. Some of his best results during his time competing were to win the British Age Group Championships and a European Bronze medal in the 2012 season and then to pick up a Kona slot in the 2017 Iron man world champs at Lanzarote IM in the same year.
